Why wouldn't they?

Bingo. Microsoft owns quantum break. Doesn't mean it couldn't happen, but I think you are right. That's supposed to be sheriff Breaker.

Because its the moment to moment gameplay that makes it fun. The chaos. The shared laughter at some monty python team kill because all theplanets aligned to create a hilariously stupid moment.

It's whatever, unless they do what they did with helldivers 2. Was bullshit to sell the game to a fuck ton of people knowing they were going to make it unplayable for them a few months later.

@MrNinosan I just want to see what Obsidian can do with a real budget and development time. They have a made a some memorable games with massive time constraints an lackluster funding.

Last avowed game?

I can't believe this is still going on. Just don't even know what to say.

Got Spy Game vibes, for sure.

It is a beautiful game. It's definitely a sequel to the first. If you didn't like the first then you won't like this one. I'm having a great time with it. I can see why the majority of people probably won't.

I'm with you on that. I lived in the bend area for a long time and it was nice to see that part of the country in a game. As noah Gervais said (in his negative review that I don't agree with mostly) "day gone is more oregon than far cry 5 was Montana, and far cry 5 was pretty damn Montana."

That Robert redford?

Ellie was gay in the first. Abby is a straight woman. Burly for sure, but straight. People way over reacted to TLOU2. That's coming from someone who is tired of all the disingenuous pandering.

It was a Ubisoft game.

615d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

I hope it's not. I would much prefer a game that's actually a tightly paced survival horror game like 7 and 2remake. They got it so right twice in a row then went back to the action horror bullshit.

Slow news day, I guess.

Losing identity... their games have sold well on pc. They still have their logo plastered all over. There is no loss of identity. I'm sorry your butt hurts that people are playing those games on something other than playstation. When a multi platform game does stupid shit its cool for everyone to rail it, but if it's Sony published game... well here watching people make excuses for shitty practices.

Whataboutism aside, yes. That is what I would call it. Quicker people figure out that two companies can both do shitty stuff, the better off the industry will be.

Sony has to test their fan's goodwill every now and then. They do it every few years. Test the water and see what they can get away with.

Maybe they will add a microtransaction. Pay $5 to get some cleavage. Not saying that's good. Commenting on how cynical the industry as become. I remember when the warhammer total war games sold blood as a microtransaction. Dirty.

Read a comment earlier calling it a "special monetization operation." I had to chuckle at that.
