You enjoying Call of Duty is irrelevant to the point. Just because they sell a few games it doesnt mean that how they handle their properties is pro consumer. You are basically saying that its a good thing for them to release unfinished games and then charge consumers for the rest of the game via dlc.
I agree, skill with a particular character is the key. I like that the article listed the feat and move list of each character though. I'm going to check back on this article a month or two after the game is released and see how accurate the lists are.
I was thinking the same thing. Lack of content was one of my biggest gripes with the first Destiny. It lacked content in every aspect of the game. Years later and Destiny has finally became the game it should have been from day 1.
The site has all the markings of a shill website. Cheap layout, little content, and unknown amatuer staff. Not saying it is, but it looks like a typical shill site.
We will see once it has released. Story mode has online co op, and the multiplayer is unique and a blast with friends. There is also the option to play against bots, and a Custom game mode. I dont see it doing as poorly as you think.
I can only believe that Randy Pitchford hates money. Borderlands 2 is still the best loot shooter in existence. Borderlands 3 would print money as long as it held true to Borderlands 2 in content depth(unlike the prequel)
I couldn't agree more. Looking at the Switch I can see a potentially new hybrid market evolving as well. Once there is phone technology blended in we will have our first mobile phone that can run AAA titles as a handheld. Once you add in the simple video signal adapter, we will have a gaming device that can play your AAA game library as a handheld when out and about, then easily switch to your hdtv at home. Storage is probably the expensive hurdle that needs to be cleared before a device ...

I was sure there were shills in the group, because an adult wouldnt buy into this middle school playground mentality for free. The middle school playground thought Nintendo was doomed because of the WiiU, they also thought Sony was doomed because of the PS3, and now they think that Xbox is doomed because of the Xbox One. Its not happening, no matter how much you make by posting on key gaming sites and communities.

lol agreed. Kids and shills man, they cant exist without each other on a gaming site.
It is not in trouble kids, and the shills among you can gtfo. As Ive mentioned before there have only been 2 things that have brought about the catastrophic end to a console brand. One was extremely stagnate software due to a lack of hardware progression. The other was an all or nothing investment without long term sustaining capitol. Xbox has neither of these issues, the current situation is contrary to both of these things actually. What you are seeing is a shill website fear mongering for ...

I can only assume you must be younger than 15yrs old, since Xbox Live is 15yrs old.
You are assuming the Xbox brand is in trouble. It is not.
I noticed a couple things wrong in this write up right away. Dominion is 4v4 not 3v3, and a Faction War season is 10 weeks not 14, rounds are 2 weeks, and turns are six hours(they had the turns correct). Quit reading since I seem to know more about the game than the author does.
I believe a lot of it depends on what type of game it is. There have been some really ambitious projects come to the preview program that have shown it to be worthwhile. On the other hand there have been a few that are not so ambitious and lack depth. The good thing is that every game has a trial to help someone decide if they want to spend their money on the project. Elite Dangerous was one of the first titles on the preview program and it has flourished into a great game that is continuing ...
I believe they might have messed up on the dates for the open beta. I'm pretty sure that the beta is Feb 9-12.
edit- I think I see why. They gave the Australian date. My bad.
lol These dudes already have a review on youtube. They're thinking screw your embargo we've already seen enough.

You would imagine people so emotionally invested in the game that they are posting hateful rants about no review copies being sent out would know about the open beta. Its weird. Haters gonna hate I guess.

Wait...you would rather read someones review and take their word than simply play the game free of charge? The end game in For Honor is the multiplayer, that has been clear for awhile now. Im not understanding your hostility. If the singleplayer is your only interest you can bet your eye teeth there will be reviews bright and early the morning of the 14th. Early bird, and/or bogus low review score gets the clicks. Regarding the timing of the open beta, the game ...

Thats true, Im inclined to believe that P2P is actually a design choice. With P2P data packets only have to bounce between the player and host. With dedicated servers packets have to bounce from player to server to other player. The downside to P2P is connection interuptions, youre right about that annoyance. Hopefully matchmaking filters have reached a point that issues are minimized.
I wouldn't get too frazzled by this write up. Its highly likely this is a shill website that will be gone in a month or two. Cheap page, check. Little content, check. Small unknown staff, check. Indian run site likely outsourced by a company, check. If it isn't, I would have to see hard proof.
