Sony brought the best games.
They had great AAA plus the best indie, I couldn't be happier.
@christocolus
That doesn't mean it is coming to X1. It is not exclusive to pc as a platform... P.S. he said "platform" not "console"... big difference.
If it was coming to X1 there would be NO reason not to just say it.
Sony had more than one AAA, plus there were new announcements. DayZ is huge, bigger than getting tomb raider.
Sony showed plenty of high quality games. MS showed their usual so-so first party, plus money hat. Same old from them.
Shoot, the order alone demolishes anything coming to X1 so far in my opinion. And rime shown on PS4 could potentially be better than any X1 AAA coming...
I think DayZ alone has more potential to push systems than Tomb Raider.
Plus Sony announced so many good looking titles. I know people will start up the indie's suck campaign again on here. But those things would sell me, I am sure they are kicking themselves at Micro for Rime.
Hellblade is goona be awesome, until dawn looks insane. Tearaway will be a very nice quality title that will attract casual users to the platform as well.
Sony d...

Oops! sorry. My bad, my bad.
Did they claim victory? They said there was a lot more work to do and they weren't complacent...

The point is known 3rd party franchises that EVERYONE plans on playing and should be able to play. Not first party ip's that fans know will be on a particular system.
I'm not saying it is a good or bad thing, just that Micro has made this a normal practice, and PlayStation division is very profitable and more popular than their rivals. So I wouldn't be surprised if Sony starts playing this same game aggressively.
Edit: not everyone can ...
lol, they are upset over DLC. Imagine if Destiny was exclusive to PS4.
Funny how X1 fans love the idea of third party deals when it works in their favor. But Destiny DLC on PS4 made them pout like children. Remember, Micro is the one making this practice popular. So when Sony plays the same way don't get upset...
I could see Micro going after a really hyped franchise to make it exclusive, but this is just strange to me. Tomb raider, while a fun game, doesn't seem like the type of game Microsoft would snatch up.
Since the PS4 is selling so well, it seems games will end up on it, one way or another, especially a Tomb raider game.

Oh, you are using US numbers, I was thinking worldwide, my bad.
I think that it is delusional at this point to somehow claim the 360 is ahead of playstation.
I would love to see legit proof on that, not just spinning. Micro gives shipped numbers in their reports by the way.
Even VG chartz who notoriously over tracks all things Xbox and under tracks all things PlayStation has PS3 ahead in sold through numbers. At 82.63 million to 83....
When was the PS3 outsold by 360 for 32 months straight? The PS3 outsold the 360 worldwide almost every month since it released...
Sony lost money because it had expensive hardware inside.
Micro lost money because they had a horrifyingly awful console setup that should have been recalled.
Nah, TLoU remastered is a better deal. It is a newer game with all the DLC plus remastered. It is still valued high on the PS3. Old, low value games in MCC remastered seems more like a money grab to me at $60.
Yeah, it looks much better than Titanfall to me... It looks like it plays a bit similar to unreal tournament as far as movement.
It is exciting in theory, but until a game is "released" that proves the cloud can greatly improve the x1 performance I am skeptical. I need to see an actual ->released game evaluated by digital foundry confirming the clouds impact on said game to be a believer.
But I am kinda on board with the hype, because I think the concept is cool. If MS could deliver then it could move the industry forward greatly.

haha :)
Now ND are brainwashing their fans??? By making amazing games and re mastering them on a more powerful system? My buddy was a fan of TLoU on PS3 and he lost his mind when he found out the multiplayer would be in 60fps/1080p with the DLC.
Get over the bitterness please, N4G may as well open up a salt warehouse to store all of the X1 fans comments on this and every other TLoU article.
on topic: this is such an insane accomplis...
Sony doesn't need the most money, just the most popular and powerful system with the largest install base.
Microsoft on the other hand needs to dole out serious cash just to try and keep up...

Every company that entered the console business brought something great to the table and helped move the industry forward, even if they didn't last. If Micro leaves there will be another great company to enter and do their own thing to help shape the industry...
@Nicksetzer1
Obviously Xbox fans are upset about the disparity, how many people on these forums bring up the fact that the disparity is "Occurring less and less often" and cloud this, dx12 that SDK this. PS3 fans dealt with it in a mature way and X1 fans can't move on. Obviously PS4 will have a hardware advantage through it's life, meaning in one way or another games will play a bit differently on it, not necessarily just a res difference.
They beat Microsoft, but neither had good shows. Sony just had better games.
