Haha. Shocked nobody has said "The New Modern Warfare 2!" yet XD
"Such a fun game" - Disagree? Lol, wtf?
One plays well, the other is dull and repetitive...I mean...go figure that scores differ, hehe.
@TheEatingVodka - If you are UK based there are some really good deals, saw a Wii bundle for £89.99!
Strange you should post that, given that we scored PES 9/10 and FIFA 8/10.
But please, continue to be rude about our publication for absolutely no reason. Welcome to the internet :-|
Thanks for the kind words!
Afraid that's not how we roll! That said, I did seriously consider just putting a 2 word review up "F**KING AWESOME!" then a picture of 10/10.
It's neither, it's 301 if I recall.
I was amazed when you had to "get out", as I never thought the precision would work - but I had a 3 dart out, was an incredible feeling.
Golf is also excellent - took me aback how fun it was.
I didn't review it, but Darts is really fun! It's hard to describe, you kinda have to play it - but it's my favourite sport on the disc!
Our reviewer says "This is the best racing game ever made" - and having played it myself too, I have to agree.
That's not helping the wait, is it! Sorry!
"Go to hell" (Agree 3).
Hmm...LOL.
Thanks for the comments, we do try to use the scale properly, we feel that (for example) if "10/10" is unobtainable, then it should be 1-9. Gotta use it all! :-)
We have a first look, showing the first 15 minutes.
It's not "terrible" as such, but a very average game, for sure.
It's not nit-picking, nor is it looking for hits.
There really isn't enough time to get "right into" the game with the demo provided, and from his experience, he enjoyed it but felt it was being overhyped slightly. He's still very much looking forward to the title.
Haha, that made me laugh!
It's interesting, in the UK the charts are done so differently. Would be interesting to see "Dead Island (Xbox 360) and "Dead Island (PS3)" in the charts seperately, thus giving platform exclusives a chance, and showing where the split in purchase lies.
For the record we actually tested this on PS3 recently - and it does work on PS3 too, but it's clearly designed for Xbox 360 use, the cables bundled allow for all manner of Xbox 360 revisions to connect easily.
The device is USB powered, and if you use the optical out from PS3 it works just fine.
...and yeah, it's Gears of War 3 *branded*, it plays other games too! :-)
It actually has some pretty stunning locations, visually too!
It really is one of those "Wish I could see it again for the first time" games.
Which is what we explain in our article :-)
