Probably not. However, we hope people pay special attention to the video in the review, it really shows the 1:1 replication of on-screen/off-screen movements.
We believe it's the first new IP to hit the top spot in quite some time. Seems to have little marketing (that we've seen anyway) so it's a little surprising, for sure!
It really is a great device. The longer we play with it, the more we fall in love with it!
Sometimes old games are best left there, perhaps?
Apologies for that, the iOS devices were only briefly shown really, the main comparison and point of discussion was between the 3DS and Vita when we were filming.
Seems pretty good so far. The screen in general is less 3DS, more iPad. Incredibly responsive, hopefully you can see in the videos (part three today, part one on our site already) that you can zip around the menus with speed and ease.
Like most touch screens, it smudges easily, but we've not seen a nicer touch screen on gaming device.
If you've any questions about the device, please feel free to ask them via our comments section, or tweet us on @GodisaGeek.
Please keep them hardware only for now.
Part 3 of the first look comes tomorrow :-)
The Onza is a very, very nice pad too.
Sounds like a plan. It'll look so...SHINY. :-)
Also worth noting, the gamestation adverts featuring the deal were definitely "360 based", weren't they?
Indeed, the Just Dance games always sell like hotcakes.
It won our "best single player" award and was an honourable mention for game of the year overall.
They released a micro-console.
Not at all, it was a genuine tie based all votes for all games. The team may have a personal preference, but when all was said and done, overall it was a tied vote.
Haha, it's a collective vote of our staff and some of them have hit up 30-40 hours of OnLive play in the short time it has been available in the UK :-)
L.A. Noire and Deus Ex were considered. Catherine isn't out in our territory, maybe a 2012 contended :-)
The game (and dev) that keeps on giving!
Are you already "definitely" buying one? It's interesting to us to see how many people are on the fence, or definitely getting one...or even definitely *not* getting one!
The truly interesting thing is that almost everyone is looking forward to some part of the launch line-up.
Could Vita actually be a huge success?
Thanks for that. It's a difficult one, because ultimately the price could get you 2 new games. However, I'm a big fan of the wireless controllers, but since getting this for review I can honestly say I've used nothing but it, despite the wires.
It's so comfortable, and I love a heavier controller - the weights make it feel so...substantial.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that we get a lot of tech to review, but this is something I'm...
