Well, im intruged. But I have seen nothing..so ill wait till I have more to go on. But from the description , it sounds like my kind of game.
basically what you are looking at is a bunch of guitar necks turned on their side and integrated into a time line as well as a "note grid". This looks all to familiar to me or anybody that has worked on a digital audio workstation (D.A.W)or any musician.
They should go the whole hog and throw in MIDI functionality too.
Ill also be getting both but PS4 is going to be a january purchase for me. Ill probably pick it up with KZ4 seeing as infamous wont be out till april-ish times.

Yes. The deal is done for me. purely on the launch games they have shown. Besides..my whole clan( all 34 of them) plus my real life friends and family are all going X1. So yeah...
Of all the games that were announced at E3, this is the one that interested me the least. That said I think the reign of COD is over.

It sort of reminds me of garageband. a light weight DAW for hobby musicians. Thats kinda cool. I even noticed they have an edition of the game that comes with a squire. Wont be cheap! I have a fender jazz bass, so Its nice to know I can use it to "play" this game.

Just as they did in forza. There have been articles about forza`s tyre and suspension simulation. You turn off ABS, anti lock breaks and stability control and levae the damage turned on and forza is anything but an arcade game.
GT is no more (or less) of a sim than forza. Truth be told, I can take certain liberties in either game..up to a point. ...
I would compare drive club to forza horizon tbh. Its an open world arcade racer. and with games like that it really comes down to how well all those online components/features work.
Car porn at its finest! ;). I cant wait to see my silver corvette with RT solvalou decals from ridge racer ( I have loads of cars with ridge racers decals in forza 4) in auto vista on F5.. Or my grey Ferrari f12 with blue racing stripes, in auto vista. I never had a kinect before so it will be cool to check my cars out using gestures to open the doors/bonnet and mess around in the interior.
Does anybody know if kinect can be used to paint the cars?

As awesome as BF4 is (I will be buying it day one)...This is the game that is going to steal the thunder from COD. It just has.. "it", written all over it. remember that feeling you got the first time you saw halo 1 in action? or Cod 4? This game is ticking all the right boxes.
I think the important thing is the team at double helix who are working on KI. They have fighting game pedigree. Google that shit ;)
