I agree with you about rare. damn shame, really.
I would have thought that having a "Kids and Lifestyle Entertainment" and " Playful Learning" would mean that those teams can do all the kinect/family stuff, allowing rare to become a core game studio again.
It may not be the rare of old but thats not to say, a new rare could be built on that premise. Even if it means brining in some new producers to lead rare.

Apparently people on N4g think thats a lot. These are the same people that probably have yet to pay a bill in their life. What is $40 to somebody who pays rent and bill every year? shoot..I give more money to oxfam and the RSPC than I spend on my XBLG sub.

It would be nice if this applied to XBLA games. I still have so many that I have bought in sales and have yet to play. They are the only reason i am keeping my 360. I am always going to want to play radiant silvergun, sine mora and virtua fighter 2 amongst others, again and again.

Its cheaper than $60 if you shop around. Its no wild goose chase either to get XBL xheap. Start with amazon. It gets cheaper from there. Like $45 and blow , cheap..I dont know anybody that pays that much for live.
Im sure that is what the devs of this game want too. They have said this much. I dont think it would hurt MS to do that with a few games. Some of those people may find themselves more tempted to buy the full gold sub, so they can see what other games they like playing online...that copy of forza 5, bf4 etc. And the moment they make some online friends..thats it..a new active, paying cutomer. that they were not planning on playing online may suddenly become more tempting.

I beleive papashango is referring to the low powered, laptop based CPU in X1 and PS4. To be honest those CPUs are weak.
