I would say infamous, gets PS4 game of the year. even though, I havent played it since beating it, I still say its the best game I played on PS4 this year.
I agree. Its a bit like saying dont review game "x" until all the DLC is out. So should reviewers have waited for the GOTY edition, in a years time to review this?
I like destiny, but seriously, people need to stop making excuses for how it has turned out. It is what it is.

Im glad they moved on. Halo is in the hands of a fantastic team. a team that by now, after remaking all the games knows the series, well. I can only imagine what halo5 multiplayer will be like after being honed by top MLG halo pros all this time.
It'll be halo MCC, that takes best FPS this year. I think titanfall is in with a shot too, though.
Will have to wait till tekken *edit* seven now, as I dont have any tekken games at present. But when tekken7 shows up on PS4, I will set up an N4G tournament....warrior!

Good point. And when you consider that they got tired of making halo games after 10 years...how long before they get fatigued making content for destiny? I am only asking because you made a VERY valid point about activision. we will see how it all pans out in a few years. Personally I enjoy the game with my friends. I would not play destiny solo. I agree with their score though. The story feels like background fodder, which is fine considering my guys tend to talk too much! lol. We just treat it as a fun co op shooter with customizable characters. But its no halo, in terms of gameplay. None of bungies magic really came through in destiny..which is to say, their was never that wow moment where my friends would shut up and be in awe of the experience.
The whole point of them going independent from MS was to do their own thing. No chance of then selling themselves to anybody again.

Not sure why titanfall get dragged into these conversations about games that disappoint. When all is said and done it has an active player base of people that enjoy it months after release. The same cant be said of the other games mentioned as disappointments, this year.
