T10 used all new car models in FM5. That game had more cars..and it was a launch game. Evolution should have just hired more artists.Im not trying to pick a fight, but seriously...another hundred cars would have been good for the games longevity.

PGR4 had 130 cars..Not including bikes and DLC cars/bikes (bet you wish you never brought that one up now..lol)...and that was seven years ago. even the first granturismo had 200 cars. so yes...98 cars is VERY small for a racing game in 2014.

best to have both. Best of both worlds. FM has the sim side covered. And FH2 is all the arcade racer anybody will need for a looooong time!
Let me just say, as a real life car nut (and subscriber of evo magazine since day one..and the slowest car I ever owned was a peugeot 205GTi..was actually my first car)..This video made me fall in love with cars all over again. Such a wonderful choice of cars..and watching them tear up the place like that, was priceless. I cant wait to get home and play the demo some more! lol

Normally, I dont go for FF games due to their turn based nature (its just not my thing). But from what I have seen of this, there is finally a FF game I can play. Im going to try out this and type 0 HD. They will be my first FF games.
I see it like this.
On one hand, maybe destiny is, destined (no pun intended) to expanded via DLC and updates right up until the sequel at which point, it will probably be a much bigger (better?) game than it is now. If that is the case. Fair enough...but reviewers are not supposed to review a game based on what it will become. They base their reviews on what it is now. They should not be expected to make exceptions, for this game. or any game for that matter.

My thoughts exactly. It was good launch console fodder though. It was one of the first games I bought on my X1. its almost a tradition for me to by an NFS game at a new console launch, only to ignore the series for the rest of that generation of consoles. Last NFS game I played before rivals? NFS most wanted! lol
atleast they didnt call it "game of the year edition" so many devs doing that these days, when their game was not GOTY. "complete edition" sounds...

You summed it up perfectly. They key words? "play with friends" Not sure why anybody would play destiny by themselves anyway.
FH2 is the true air to the PGR series. its a given, when you consider that many of the PG guys worked on that game.
THe praise just keeps rolling in for this game. Not hard to see why after spending time with the demo. Its pretty obvious its better than the first game. Expect 9s and the odd 10 all round for this game.
