Actually if we are to take the 33% return rate then that's 3.3 MIL+ already failed. And given the news about Halo 3 RRoDing more 360s. I'd say that that number is higher than 33% and more like 40% thus far.
Which means, 3-4 MORE MIL is on the horizon. Add the fact that some are on their 2-3rd 360s. I don't think that any number over 3MIL is far off.
