Wow, Capcom must have shelled out a small fortune to get these scores for this below-average fighter. For a fighting game, that score would fit on Super Street Fighter 4, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus, King of Fighters 98 and a couple of others (at their time of release), not this crap when so many BETTER fighting games were released in the same period (Persona 4, Tekken Tag 2, DOA5, Virtua Fighter 5:FS, etc).

Exactly... Besides, nobody would hate on this game as much as we do if it wouldn't be called DmC... Check that, nobody would hate on it if the @#$%^ character wouldn't be called DANTE.

Ninja Theory's retarded comments like "Old Dante isn't cool anymore" don't help either of course. Who the hell do they think they are to tell us what is "cool" and what isn't? Cause a scrawny emo poser-punk twilight half-angel sure as hell isn't &...

Pretty much... I'm hearing/reading all these "DmC is now great -says the public" articles and, truth be told, neither in forums nor real life have I seen anyone's opinion change.
We still hate the new Dante and, if anything, with the recent Vergil trailer[s], I have even less interest in the game.

This along with the HOW GEMS ACTUALLY IMPROVE GAMEPLAY and INCREDIBLE NEW DLC articles for SFxT makes me think Capcom is shelling out big bucks to fool th...

Am I the only one who found this line hilariously bad?
"The controls are your standard fighting controls: X is jump..."
Fighting controls... Really? As an avid MK, SF, BB, KoF,GG, AH, MB etc fan, I thought that line was just awful.

Perhaps the wording RENOWNED would be more appropriate. He has some great/famous fantasy pieces and, of course, the Diablo 2 cover/box art.

The language bans are not permanent and were only applied in the cases of repeated use of profanity. It's not that someone lost in PVP and said "F*CK!" in the chat, but people who would not stop saying vulgar, racist or innapropriate things... Anyone who's ever been on Xbox Live should know what this means and be thankful that Guild Wars 2 won't turn into that.

Hell, I love the fact that their doing this at launch. It sets a neat little precedent for the...

It says they're the PS1 and PS2 versions, so that means they'll keep the HORRIFYING load times of the PS1 versions of FF:I-VI, just like the "PS1 CLASSIC" downloads.

Wow, they couldn't even include the other PSP UMD's, Tactics, Advent Children/Spirits Within or X-2 and XIII-2, a demo for vXIII or something... What a worthless bundle for anything short of "NEW CONDITION NEVER OPENED, BID NOW!" ebay bait.

Oh Square, you used to be such a good company :(

EDIT: Quick note, buying everything separately on amazon (and using ebay or something else for VII), this "collection" comes out costing $179.25...

You got it... Too bad, I had several beta codes which I'd have gladly shared.

As for TERA, it certainly has awesome combat, however, the basic MMO gripes are still there (fetch quests, kill stealing and a monthly fee).

I'd say the combat in GW2 is remarkably similar to TERA, although the pace is probably a bit slower in the lower level areas. However, the main advantage TERA would have here is it's hit-detection, which is truly praise worthy.

It's quite different, though I don't know exactly how to explain it. It's a really dynamic combat that hardly ever feels repetitive and is VERY engaging, specially later on (currently lvl 32) when actual tactics are required.

The problem is, the 5 starter areas (1 for each race) are there to ease you into the game and, as such, are really simple and make the combat seem very easy (MMO + dodge ability) but once you start facing real foes, you will notice it's a...

He can now go back and do all the content (since it scales him down) while having the title of the first lvl 80, so good for him. He knows he has a great team behind him and they really achieved what they set out to do.

In GW1, getting to max level was when the game really started. From the look of Guild Wars 2's Orr events, the same will apply here. If anything, his team just landed themselves a master crafter who will be able to supply awesome items as they level up at ...

Not that I disagree with what's said in the article (since GW2 is an awesome experience), but rushing to be the first (which it isn't anyways) review on an MMO is just kinda sad and doesn't show a whole lot of journalistic integrity.

Please don't review these kind of games until you have at least beaten it, maxed your level and played a few solid weeks of WvWvW and sPvP. That's something you do in month[s], not 72 hours. This is akin to reviewing a book b...

I'm worried about the bat top... Now, it would be nice if it came with a swappable bat/ball top... Also a swappable 2-4-8-circle gate.

Agreed... 30 hours on my character and I'm having a blast! GW2+Dark Souls:PTD are by far the best games this year, too bad for DS that I won't have time for it now that GW2 is out.

Wow... The games been out for a day, nobody has even reached Orr (and survived for more than a couple of seconds... you can swim there) or beaten the game and already people are whining about the "end game"?

Seriously, complain about it once you reach the end and you see for yourself if there's really "nothing there".

No, the game was co-developed by SCE Santa Monica Studio(SCE as in SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT) and published BY Sony Computer Entertainment.

Queasy Games made one hell of a great game, if you have a PS3 or VITA it's a must buy. Note that if you buy the VITA version, you get the PS3 one along with it. Enjoy!

Exactly what has been said. A stress test isn't a nice beta weekend. They said beforehand on twitter (and common sense applies) that this isn't for players to run about and enjoy (which is awesome if you manage to do it though), but for them to stress test their servers, engine, etc, the players adding an extra load than what their internal departments can provide.

Basically, you're there for extra "weight", that's it. That's why the stress test ...

What do game breaking bugs have to do with ADHD? Seriously, the setting, idea and monsters are awesome, but none of that matters if the game doesn't work.
