That was due to beta being made to test the online networks. Every fighting game beta so far has been online only and doesn't allow you to search for friends to play with, same thing happened in MvC:I.
If you try the lobby/search feature in Guilty Gear, it works like a charm and this is basically an improved version of it. Just understand that the purpose here was to stress test servers and test matchmaking, which doesn't happen if everyone just plays their buddies....
Andrew Wilson's yearly salary is $19.97 million of which 81% comes from his stock options which are being directly affected by this, another 13% as bonus which after this ****storm you can count on him not getting. This hurts a whole lot more than just his "salary".
While I know that Capcom has the Street Fighter stigma, this was very much in the pre-digital era and even as early as Super Street Fighter IV you could upgrade to Arcade Edition and Ultra with the same version and now SFV is giving Arcade Edition as a free update, not to mention you can buy characters with in-game currency.
Arc System on the other hand has been milking Guilty Gear and BlazBlue with constant minor updates and DLC (which is then included in the next edition)...
There's been a lot of action on the Naruto side with the new Boruto anime, the Legacy+Trilogy release, the upcoming Shinobi Striker game on PS4/Xbone/PC and the updates to Ninja Storm 4... Very interesting, I just wish we could get a full on start-to-finish (Naruto) story mode in the style of UNS4:RtB.
It's clearly the reverse flash. The one in the iOS injustice game was the CW Network series Reverse Flash, this one is very much in line with the Injustice look and the IJ2 armor aesthetic.
Wally West has already appeared in the Injustice universe as a Caucasian redhead/ginger in his iOS rebirth costume.
I just wish they added a cheat mode. KH 1.5 is very tedious and many systems in it haven't aged too well. If FF VII has a cheat engine, why not KH?
This is correct. They've been trying to spin the issue into a political one when it has NOTHING TO DO with the presidential race. It's about Luckey backing the racist Nimble America organization (with much more than the reported $10,000 if leads are to be believed).
This needs 60fps dark souls 3 in time for the expansions and a Bloodborne pro mode
Sooo, it's a 2017 Brute Force (by Digital Anvil) ser in the Metal Gear multiverse? Seems terrible.
With Nosferatu Zodd having a confirmed apostole transformation, I was hoping Griffith would have a Femto mode for his special :(
Wow, talk about stereotypes... My wife and I play Hearthstone, Street Fighter V and Diablo III, co-pilot play RPG's (currently on Witcher III) and pass-controller-on-death play stuff like Super Meat Boy and Bloodborne (along with our own playthroughs).
But girly games for girl gamers, M I RITE? *smh*
I love the card game, may go with the kickstarter. It's a fun party game as long as the people playing have a dark sense of humor.
Should do well with the DON'T STARVE crowd as well.
Fine writing, every word true. What a game it is. What an experience.
In this topic: "oh no, a game that came out 3 days ago has content I haven't unlocked yet, what a ripoff!"
FYI, that's what the currency is there for...
I regret backing this. Every trailer is worse than the last and I cringe every time I see what they're doing with this. The art direction is terrible and the game looks like an unpolished PSP game. After the countless delays, the bad PR, online features nobody wanted and the graphical switcharoo, I have no doubt that this game will have done permanent damage to crowd funding trust.
Enjoy Red Ash and Mighty #9 anime Inafune, you lost your audience who believed in you and are wors...
As good as the game looks, I can't help but feel there's no weight behind the hits/impact, it feels so disconnected. I had this same problem, to a MUCH lesser degree, with Witcher 3's combat. I doubt that this will change at this point, but after the glorious trailers 10 years ago where the bullets and swords felt like a very physical presence, I just get a "light" vibe from everything about XV's battles.
It looks good, but the atmosphere is off. It looses that dream-like feeling the Hunter's Dream so rightfully has. Still, it's a job well done and amazing from a technical standpoint, it's just that artistically it's lacking the soul of Bloodborne's Nightmare.
Very nice piece, I noticed the same when playing though the game and often wonder about the location of armor sets within the world, rarely are they random and the where and how usually ads an extra bit of lore that you would otherwise not get from just reading the item description.
An example of this is the Alva set (which only appears in the jail if you kill the invader) or the Drakeblood set which appears after you revisit an area, with a knight who failed to properly f...
I think he means the general style of games. I'd imagine from software wants to use their talent and IP's to bring things like Armored Core to the front light instead of becoming one trick ponies.
Bloodborne is Sony owned and may well get a sequel eventually, but in most likeness (and smart as he is), Miyazaki realizes that his team needs to diversify their skills before stagnation and franchise/mechanics exhaustion kicks in and they are left with nothing. Anything ...
Looks like video games during the PS3/360 era...
