I'm a huge PS fan but this idea kinda pisses me off. Now, we don't know specifics but I was going to buy a PSVR but if I need to spend an additional $400 on a PS4k to get the "optimal" experience than that's a no go for me. Now, if the PSVR's box was a device to boost the performance than that would be okay to me.
The whole idea of buying another console mid-cycle rubs me wrong. Even if I stayed with my PS4 I would...

I agree. I love watching Netflix and movies on my Samsung Gear. Just imagining the better picture quality of the playstation vr has me excited.
What I meant to say is that in sales, as in the profession, the last thing you want to do is get bogged down in defending price. It does not instill confidence. That's all I meant but poorly communicated.
This isn't a good sign. Once you feel the need to defend in sales you're toast.

I agree. They would show more and announce a date. They said they'll speak more about the new system in 2016.
I'm confident that the "real" Metroid will release with their new system.
