I'm one that judge the game and trade two worlds for Blue dragon, and Its a great game. The story line is good, and also its not your traditional RPG you can actually avoid fights or change the way the fighting scheme is going to happen. Metal Gear will always be a better game when it comes to popularity. However, there are more things done in the splinter cell universe that doesn't happen in the Metal Gear solid universe. It all depends on the action really. I think auto aim is great for games with multi enemies on the screen. You never know what may be going on in this game. It might be a fast paced shooter, much faster then both series thats why they added the auto aim. Time will reveal though.
Adding these types of features would add more "Color to the game" by giving you choice on how to kill a boss, and being rewarded for it, and at the same time limits how fast you go through the game. I'm a fan of time Cris. However, I like it better in the arcades. To me, it loses it's luster a little bit since something may have to be changed. For example, the duck peddle may not be an option, and that makes the game.
TO Me sony is riding off the coat tails of PS2 which is not a bad thing. When we say PS3 has no games we mean no mulitplatform titles. when you compare how many great games ps3 has to xbox 360 that are out now. What comes to mind? With a bright past of PS2, 600 dollars and a large game developing support team you would think this would change by now.
I think its the way Sony is promoting Blu ray. In Atlanta, there really aren't that many commercials that show the power of what blu-ray can do. They have commercials that show standard DVDs and for 3 seconds, say that a blu ray disc is also available. Same thing for HD-DVD. If they push for heavier promotion maybe people will buy it more.
