I agree with him in some aspects. However, EA isn't what they used to be in terms of sports games. If you are a true gamer who grew up with EA sports , then I don't have to sweet talk you. Nba Live and Madden were some of the best innovative games hand over fist. Now, I don't know if it's EA's repetitive nature, lack of man power and focus on flagship games, or high price point limited improvement are to blame, but to be innovative you have to bring new things to the tabl...
Maria, I don't know why you got two disagrees for Kevin Durant is a beast
Conviction was good, but if you are like me and played the first, then you would be a little upset with conviction. I want them to bring back a lot of the stealth actions that made it stand out computer hacking, lock picking, and his original moves like the wall split. I like the Splinter Cell concepts, but as of late its not what it used to be
It needs to go back to being a tactical stealth game. What happened to picking locks, seeking out a high officer for retinal scans to get into high security areas, how about some gadgets I actually have to use, and are appealing. How about forcing me to be stealthy.
A classic moment I will never forget in the first Splinter cell was me breaking into a top security building to kidnap a fat computer programer (or what ever the hell he was) I had to wait for the right time to do it or ri...
From a marketing stand point, nothing about this movie screams watch me, and with the inflation of movie ticket prices, plus the rave reviews of Avengers I'll wait till its on dvd/bluray
The problem with vita is it doesn't really do anything we haven't experienced in the handheld market at a price point of almost 300 dollars. To add, there aren't any games that make the 300 dollar price point worth it at this time. There isn't a must have flagship game, no heavy promotional push, and to piggy back off givemeshelter the competition with smart phones and tablets have greatly increased.Right now is not the time to get a Vita. Lets wait a year and see what shakes ...
I feel you on that thats why I think it's half truth. I think they were scared that the game only did half the things that were shown. for example, how many kinect games can you scan an object. I think the real truth is in the budget for the game, so it may have been compete, but not to the expectations of what we saw at E3 and if released backlash city
you really can't say that because you have no idea what the game is about though. This game could have been taken in any direction. what if the part that we saw was just a tutorial to teach you how to play the actual game., and the story is based upon a detective that needs the help of a kid that witnesses his families murder due to arson, but he was out side by the pound talking to you when it all happened, and your objective is to find out why the child and family are being targeted. Yo...
that was funny. I like this dude, and he is right. However studios have to really understand that kinect shouldn't be used this way. Games such as Rise of nightmares, and Mass effect has used it the right way it should be voice activated for jedi spells and mini game puzzles now the story... that has nothing to do with the kinect that's the studio's actions.
He is spitting out half truths. I do believe the game is done, and I also believe the game had some of those features in the game. I would have loved to play a game of this nature. It's different from the same rehashed games we have been playing. but of course it has to be put out there for people to judge. With that said I wish Xbox would have placed a demo version on live so it could be tested at least
is the game actually going to be good? can we get back to the basics of what made RE the master peace it was?
The way I see it, I really thought the ending wasn't that bad, and was satisfied with my purchase, along with the out come I thought it was fitting. Don't get me wrong, the endings could have been better and granted yes we should have had more impact with the previous choices........
However, it still doesn't take away the fact that we had one hell of a time with Mass Effect. I picture mass effect as an expensive car with a minor dent in it, yeah you would be upset, ...
cool
yes it is a success from a business stand point, and I was asking the question if sony made it a standard in the system will sony loy. use it? and yes it has gotten better there are things you can do on it that wasn't possible and with time passing it will get better
10 million sold (march 9 2011) isn't anything to sneeze at. http://www.engadget.com/201......
"Sony Make this Happen" I've said it many times before. With Kinect being a success and only getting better as time passes they have to put their stamp in the market too. however, the sony loyalist are the ones that feel kinect like features are gimicky and say they wont use them if present in their system, do you feel the same way if sony decides to go the route of MS ?
I understand where you are coming from. and Respect what you are saying because it is true. I've gone a few months not playing the kinect because there was nothing that appealed to me but once I saw features that were added more hands free options to navigate mini options in mass effect and the addition of sports like PGA13 it has been a blast.
Kinect is good for what it is. it's not the be all, but great for parties, netflicks and squad play.
I have this one coming in through game fly. The mistake made for this was making it 100% kinect starwars is to complex a game to use kinect only. It should have been used for smaller features like they did with Mass Effect 3. all your force spells should of been voice activated with the option of using hands. I will see in a few days when my copy from game fly comes in
to be honest, I wasn't that upset with the ending. I guess that's because I seen worst Soul Reaver Deception comes to mind. I haven't seen an ending worth my money since Zelda Ocrina of Time wait Final Fantasy 8 was worth my 49.99. I enjoyed 3s experience and moved on. Hell, the ending to me was like driving a rose royce with a dent in it. Yeah it's messed up, but not that serious :)
How do you know you aren't going to use it? Kinect makes certain features better. for example, I was playing mass effect 3 and in the heat of the battle I didn't have to press the left bumper to switch weapons cast spells or to get my crew to cover me in a fire fight. It is a wonderful addition because it puts you in the heart of battle, and I can't wait to see how they use it in sports with hand gestures to indicate a play or use it in mini games with in a game like defusing a bo...
Did you Guys really enjoy Ninja Gaden 3? I'm curious
