I see you comment on about every sequel to a franchise and bitch about any changes they make to the game.
The reason this is impressive is because of real-time ray tracing. No existing engine has this capability for a reason, it is absolutely impossible to run in a full gaming environment at any playable level including the most high end of PCs.
Driving games have licensed cars, can't military games have licensed guns and equipment? This article is a complete joke, the author is such a baby.
The UK boxart is absolutely killer. It's insane how much better it looks than he official US one.
There is a huge group of people on the Capcom forums that are still clamoring for an HD release of Outbreak 1 and 2. They were good games, just came out in the wrong generation.
The Resident Evil remake is incredible. I wish they would re-render the backgrounds at a higher resolution and put it on XBLA.
Love the FPS the guy taking the screenshots is getting, but adding parallax-occlusion height mapping to a game that relies so heavily on bump mapping is brilliant.
We have hundreds of cut and paste FPS games and they have hundreds of cut and paste JRPG games. It's all relative. Their comment is highly ignorant, in Western development there is hundreds of hours of dealing with heat-maps and placeholder models to address gameplay issues before any sort of asset enters the game. Game piracy is bad enough already, allowing a full OS on a console? Never going to happen again.
Same issue here and it seems quite a few people are experiencing it. I think they accidentally jumped the gun on the download link before SercuROM even had the codes in their database.
King Kohei was hired because of his athletic abilities, how is this related to gaming?
Love it, but stop giving us re-releases of the same game. Time for a true sequel.
The number of players and online features were incredible, but the gameplay itself was hyper generic and I found it hard to recommend to people.
Thank you. People seem to forget that videogame companies are a business first.
The author of the article didn't realize that there "is" a cover system. It's different than snap cover but it's there.
A fighting game doesn't really require much knowledge of a foreign language to get the game running
Exactly what I was thinking.
Bingo.
This is not a terrible port. The PC "version" is incredible and runs hyper-smooth. Allowing people to also download an official HD texture pack is also a plus.
