both system use gddr3 video ram. That does not mean both systems are the same. Its like saying the ps3 is the same as the genesis because they both use electricity. The ps3's graphics chip is much more advanced, especially when paired with the cell. But thats not the point of this article/video. The point of this video is that the ps3's system ram is extremely fast. The 360 shouldn't even be brought up here people.

in case you forget, theres not a huge difference between simulations and games, mainly points. Games seem to be wanting to be sims more and more, what better to advance the realism of games than a beast of a physics calculator. way to go sony for thinking ahead.

remember, this will be dumbed down a little for your precious xbox. The PC version will look the best, the next epic ps3 title second, and gow2 third. We should all be happier though, because the most used engine is advancing, weather or not you have the best hardware to use it. :)
PS: umm....the water looked so/so. The ripples were too under-dramatic for the size of the objects interacting. But i guess its better than nothing... I would say uncharted's water looks nicer, so does...

so, theyve just made a product thats like blu-ray. LOL. no chance in hell this will ever make it. Now that all of the hardware companies are focused on blu-ray, prices on the players are going to drop fast. I expect seeing 100$ blu-ray players after Christmas with all of the competition.
