You're right, it's not there yet. That's why I wrote "future gaming device" in relation to the next gen oriented topic.
Of course it would need HDMI, bluetooth controller functionality and decent hardware that allows for AAA produced core titles in order to be played like a console.
All of these requirements however are not unrealistic at all if you look at how smartphones have evolved in the past 5 years.
