@Neonridr And why wouldn't he be defensive? EVERY. SINGLE. article has the same comments from people who've never played it and simply bandwagon because it makes them appear and feel relevant for what they lack the ability or knowledge to find out for themselves. I know it's trendy right now to not be an objective thinker, especially on here, but let's be realistic about the majority here who know nothing about this game and it's progress.
"or combine Hitman with splinter" They did that already. It was called Absolution and it sucked hard. Worst entry in the main series.
Masochist approved.
I feel lucky that it's running well for me.

Why? It's optional.
Glad I have two 2080tis w/ NVLink. Just waiting for a profile to take advantage.
Reshade to the rescue.
It really was. I still remember someone made a parody in Unity of it that was just a door you opened that showed a dildo, a hobo stick, and a note leaning against it all reading "I'm gay mom and dad." on the other side. Pretty much summed up the entire game in two seconds.
As with Diablo 3, get ready for server issues spanning days after launch.
@PlayableGamez- The average person does. The overly emotional and irrationally invested person doesn't.
"Is it because people use reviews to somehow validate their own opinions or something? Are people really that insecure?"
Both.
@bluebenjamin
"How many kids beg for a gaming PC for a gift?"
Someone hasn't been paying attention to the streaming fad as of late. It's all about slick setups and RGB rigs nowadays.
If I was ever gonna get it, this certainly didn't help.
It is just you. This show is about as cringey as cable tv gets. It's fans even more so.
@MasterCornholio It should be fairly obvious that if they couldn't even bring themselves to finish it, let alone have the enthusiasm to then it doesn't take much to imagine how low that numeral would be. Either way people would still bitch and moan about it, possibly even more at the sight of it, like feeling personally physically attacked by it. Finding it necessary to pour their emotions at every keystroke over what they feel invalidates their purchase and personal experience, of wh...
Lol. I love Edge. Never easily impressed.
Almost as if the people doing reviews for these companies aren't the same people playing the games every time.
I'm pretty picky. Other than Days Gone, Spider-Man, and maybe Infamous: Second Son there's nothing else that has really sparked my interest. IMO, exclusives in general have been pretty weak this gen compared to last gen, especially on the Xbox side of things. As compared to last gen nothing has really made me go "woah gotta shell out a few hundred for another compact entertainment device". Days Gone came close though, but mostly since I'm a sucker for post-apocalypse any...
Also looks and plays worse in comparison to this.
