I’m really enjoying the game myself. Sucks for those who aren’t though. Im fine with a straight up adventure game rather than a souls like or rogue lite game. I think the world is very fun to explore and the break from being a Jedi is cool.
I agree with you. It’s similar to everyone blaming Xbox for how bad redfall was. That game is deep in development when Xbox purchased them. Now they could have for sure held off the release to fix it but they didn’t.
The only thing I don’t understand is why companies keep chasing trends. I get wanting to have an over watch type service game but when you try and copy what’s big you have to develop it and by the time you have it ready that Trend is over or obsolete. You can look at my comments and see that I’m an Xbox fan. I have all three consoles myself. I just okay what interests me like you said. I don’t know how you’re getting hate for your comment. I guess we’re the bad guys for not picking sides and just enjoying games we like. I personally mainly play Xbox for all my third party games and for gamepass. I also prefer the Xbox controller. I play Nintendo and PlayStation when they have an exclusive I like. What’s the big deal?

lol halo coming to PlayStation won’t be a death knell. Halo isn’t even relevant anymore. As long as gamepass exists xbox is fine. It’s still the best value in all of gaming even with the price hikes. People can push whatever narrative they want but Xbox isn’t even close to being dead.

I applaud someone having the guts to say leave the politics out of the review process. But that won’t happen, especially with the extreme left making up the majority of games media. The extreme right thinks that games are bad if they contain any form of sex or violence and the extreme left think every game should have a gay/trans/feminist/minority represented as the main character in all games. There is no pleasing either side, so sadly it won’t happen.
They’ve proven they don’t have to have major third party aaa support but if they could get up to par power wise they could probably dominate.
I mean to each his own but I love the Zelda, Mario, Metroid, Luigi’s mansion, smash bros, Mario kart, Zeno blade chronicles, etc
I’m tired of Nintendo getting a pass on underpowered consoles and lack of competent online play and lack of achievements/trophies. They definitely have the best first party games, but if they would compete graphically they would mop the floor with Sony and Xbox.
