They should consider getting the first two Witcher games on Playstation.
I think every game is a bit of a stretch but I imagine most of the big titles will eventually come over.
Let's be realistic here, development is expensive but God of War has made back the development costs and then some.
The money they put into porting this will also be made back immediately.
Playstation fans should be excited about this because it just means Sony now has more money to invest into more studios, games, etc.
God of War is an amazing franchise, glad to see more people are going to be able to play this.
They are celebrating the games that aren't even out yet?
That would be a good point if you compared it to Xbox Gold but Game Pass is their whole business model at this point, they are throwing all their chips into it only to find that they failed to meet the goal.
Did they have growth? Absolutely, but if they aren't meeting the goals the set for their primary business plan, it doesn't look good for them. It means the money that they expected to make on this fell short and will drive their future decisions forward because...
That was someone from Take-Two and Phil corrected him promptly. There is no reason to muddy the water, trying to claim fake news when you're just re-iterating actual fake news doesn't benefit anyone.
Well you might start to care when you get a third of the game for free with your Game Pass subscription and then another third gets monetized because they have to make more money.
Oh wait, Halo Infinite is already a thing.
He could actually work on supporting smaller developers and building them up into proper AAA studio while making the industry as a whole stronger.
Something along those lines.
Microsoft is still trying to figure things out. They have been most successful when they have been hands off with a studio.
Sounds like they would fit right in.
No matter how you look at it or whose side you take, this is going to be great for football fans. More competition might actually get them to deliver a higher quality product.
They used to just put then in the new games section but bigger games would float to the top so an indie game that was just released might be on the page 3 while the bigger titles released a couple weeks ago were on page 1.
It's great that they put it in there but it really should have been there from the start. I guess now indies won't be able to complain about exposure though, time to step up their game because now they'll be side by side with big games and dozens of other indie games released weekly.
Why write an article about Switch's terrible online service if nobody will click on it? We know how popular Switch/Nintendo articles are on here. If we assume it's same for websites that these articles go on, it might just be a waste of their time.
That ad revenue isn't going to get itself.
"Journalism" 101, Playstation generates a lot more interest than Xbox according to people that disclosed this data before (one of those is the guy that did the heat exhaust test, the amount of clicks he gets for a Playstation video was way higher than Xbox.)
Then the second part of the equation is that the negative news will always generate more clicks, comments and controversy.
This is kinda where I fall. I've been subbed since the service started and there are something like 700 games if you put them all together.
PS Plus Collection is worth it on it's own those are like 20 AAA games. I personally don't play a lot of games as soon as they come out so the extra discounts we get are just the cherry on the top.
I've got a backlog of over 200 games right now, I see 0 reason to chase after the new games until they ...
That's exactly what the article is doing.
Including the Iki island, a 100% playthrough took me around 150hrs, I really don't know how anyone can complain about the length of this game. Iki Island was a great addition to the game.
I don't even see Halo being nominated next year considering all the other games we know are coming so far.
