Talk about going from one extreme to another. $30 for a clicker game is ridiculous. It is their game but I think this is a bad move.

I was playing last night on the Xbox One X and the game froze and quit twice, froze and resumed once, and I ran into another scene where the audio and subtitles of a character did not play so you got a one sided conversation for the quest.
This game freezes way too often, and usually at important time requiring you to restart a quest or travel back a distance to a location which doesn't sound that bad until you travel a ways to find a target and then it freezes and now ...

Defending himself by name calling as a community manager would mean you are bad at your job. His whole job is the people he insulted.

I 100% agree with. I know people love this game but it lacks so much of what drew me into the series.

If an apology is what you want you won't get it until they can make it right. If they apologize before they have anything to show they will be admitting an issue with no plan to change. They have already said multiple times that they are trying to increase the software side of the Xbox brand.
