There is no way to make a traditional Fallout game outside of America since its hard to have the 50's Americana theme in another country.
I am not saying they couldnt create a fallout game in another country it just would be a completely different game in my view.

I am a craeture of habbit and if i remember correctly oblivion and skyrim were announced 6 months basically hefore thier release later the same year. Here is hoping for a sweet october/November release... Or earlier... erlier is always goodd too :)

This is the kind of stuff that makes me not like E3... Just show us your tech and demos let that speek for itself. Enough with the celebrity and aports figures and cirque de sole or whatever. Its a tech conference closed to the public why do they try so hard to make the show mainstream when people really only want the information. There is noothing that is going to come out of either of thier mouths that would make more of an impact than if it were said by the head of the studio.
I dont trust any event held by MS anymore. They make rules for there own events and dont stick to them. Then allow the people who deliberatly didnt follow the rules to be rewarded. This sounds exactly like one of those times. I am a huge MS fan but they totally lost my trust with show up and get ticket events after SXSW in Austin TX.

This is an excuse. If your son plays video games for 15 hours a day the only one to blame is the parent who lets thier kids play games and watch porn. This is just an excuse to push off responcibiluties of parents to raise their children. Pull them from thier games give them some responcibilities in life and teach them how to be a functioning member of society. I blame the parents 100x more than any videogame or porn star.
I paid well over 2x my console for my phone. I paid more than 4x my console for my pc but people really think the hololens which does more than gaming cant sell if its over $300.00

The internet is optional abuse. No one forces anyone onto the internet to get abused. I forgot how much that tree really just changed the game. When i played it on the PS4 and i saw a tree that wasnt their on the X1... I said ""This changes everything." the story was different the graghics were smoother it was like a whole new game after seeing that tree... then i woke up and realized thats not the point the author is making.
I believe it stems from the master copy of a game disk. I may be wrong but i thought the master finished copy was placed on a gold colored disk and that was the original disk that all retail copies were mede from in other words they use the one disk to make 100 and those 100 to make the thousands they need to ship to retail.
