Used, new, who cares? Cheap is cheap.
I'm a Sony fan and I didn't even bother downloading the free beta. Nobody was hyping this game up, lucky for Sony they have Astro Bot coming out the same day this game shuts down to wash the bad taste out of the mouth.
Hey Sony, you were advised to release Concord but cancel TLOU Online. Now you can see that was very stupid advice. It's not too late, scrap Concord and get TLOU Online back in the oven, Firewalk can transition to a ND support studio and roll out live service content for that instead.
Sony should be forcing all their studios to have PSVR2 modes in all their first party games where possible. They really dropped the ball and failed to build on the PSVR1. It's the Vita all over again.
Poor Xbox diehards, just when they get a serious lineup after 15 years of mediocrity, they have to share it with their bitter rivals.
Forget SA, bring GTA V and RDR2, PSVR2 can handle it.
This, the only heads that should roll are the ones who greenlit Concord while letting Factions get cancelled.
If you're to criticise PS5 for lack of AAA games then how do you not praise PS4 for the huge AAA library it had?
Worth it at this price for the library already out, few VR games can match GT7/RE4/RE8 in terms of quality and the 3rd party support for the rest of 2024 is solid with Metro, Alien and a War Thunder spin-off on the horizon.
I think the Quest 2 has sold more than the XSX.
Some people upset their console doesn't support VR.
This doesn't bring any games to the PC ecosystem? Just another VR headset option.
Open world games don't make any advancements until Rockstar releases their next one. RDR2 is 6 years old and it puts all open world games released in 2023/2024 to shame. Nobody can compare, a lot of that is to do with budget and the time it takes them to develop them, but when they release; the world takes note.
Have you ever used a self service checkout in a store? Should we ditch alarm clocks so that we can hire people to shoot peas at our bedroom windows to wake us up like they did in the 1800s?
As much as I love RDR2, and it's still the most believable open world game of all time, by the time I finished playing it I found myself thinking RDR1 was more fun overall, for me. If RDR2 is Gran Turismo, RDR1 felt more like Burnout 3.
It's full title is 'Xbox' Game Pass.
Sick of seeing people make exceptions for Nintendo. As a PlayStation fan, I've been conditioned by Sony to buy their hardware for both strong 1st party exclusives and strong 3rd party support. Both can be done but Nintendo gets a pass for only doing one because they are the industry darlings.
If that's what leads to Project Lateral, then we don't want that for PS.
And there's the PSVR2 death rattle.
"PS4 Pro was a reasonably priced, relevant product for the market and time in the console generation."
Ok, but he's saying the PS4 Pro DIDN'T sell out.
