"and now a peripheral that allows remote play similar to Wii U?"
You mean the same remote play that was on PS3 and PSP?
That was my hope when TLOU Part 1 was announced but with still no word of VR support at all, it seems doubtful at this stage. If they have Nixxes for PC ports, they should also acquire a studio for PSVR2 ports, maybe someone like First Contact Entertainment, who they already have a close relationship with.
I'd take more Capcom AAA titles, but I need Sony to convince R* that GTA V, RDR2 and GTA VI need to support VR too.
There are more Quests sold than XSX/S
If you're going to accuse me of lying, at least point out where the lie is so I can show you how wrong you are.
Hats off to Capcom for supporting PSVR continuously for 6+ years now. Bethesda were the only other 3rd party publisher who were really pushing for VR until they were acquired by the anti-VR MS. Hopefully more will come, Sony, get out your wallet and start getting VR modes into more mainstream AAA titles.
A 5 point drop isn't unheard of. TLOU2 was at 96, dropped to 93. The more reviews come in, the harder it is to keep the points up. But you say it's 83 and still falling, yet there's been no new reviews in over a day, there's not going to be many more reviews added to it at this stage. Maybe one or two, unless you know of reviewers who are still working on their review 16 days after it released?
Lemme get a VR mode for Spiderman and Wolverine, if RE4 can do it, why can't Sony?
"but, to treat PC gamers like some second class citizens like Sony does, is not good business."
The gymnastics from Xbox fans since they went day and date with PC has been funny to watch. Imagine PlayStation treating PlayStation gamers like their number 1 priority? Madness! Would you rather they copy MS and treat their console gamers like 2nd class citizens? Releasing Flight Sim and Gears Tactics as PC timed exclusives?

I'll be surprised if it drops another point, could even go up one again. It's been over 2 weeks, there'd need to be a lot more negative reviews coming in to drop it to the 70s, what are they waiting for? The reviews are about done. Eurogamer and Metros last minute 6's did 2 points of damage at the end, but it is the end.
Gimme RE4 VR release date and Silent Hill 2 release date.
Merely setting up the context and explaining that despite the late review, they haven't been influenced by other reviews that are out there.
"TLOU 2"
This is a 93 on metacritic.
Two completely different things. Criticising the game for being the same old Bethesda game with a reskin is completely valid, no matter how many cartons of milk you can spawn in on the PC version.
I guess they shouldn't have cherry picked IGN then.
>If it wasn’t significant, then why limit reviews?
Significant in terms of numbers. How many did MS blacklist? Can you name them?
"That means the limiting of reviews had a material impact on review score and consumer perception."
Many of the reviews that came in 1+ week after launch were positive reviews.
"They literally had less than 50 reviews at launch."
You keep ignoring t...
Here we go again.
"Are you saying MS didn't limit the reviews at launch? Its a fact that they did."
They did, but not in the significant number you seem to be implying they did. Eurogamer and maybe one or two others?
"Also you are comparing a multiplatform release to one that is on one console and PC. Currently Starfield is at 61 reviews. An exclusive such as Horizon FW has 126 reviews on PS5."
That's irrelevant to my point. H...
No, usually with multiplatform (at least with simultaneous releases) one platform has far more. I just looked up Hogwarts Legacy for instance. 92 reviews on PS5, 20 on PC and 20 on XSX. Starfield is unique because BGS titles are PC focused, hence the more even split.
Probably good for Xbox standards, but looking at Steam we can already see a big fall off in peak concurrents and Baldur's Gate 3 significantly ahead of it despite being out a month earlier. Hard to see how it can be classed as the biggest game of the year. Maybe the biggest of September.
