Splinter Cell, Mod Nation and Zelda are tops as well. I bought all three consoles for of 3 reasons:
1. Exclusives- I don't wanna miss out on anything, I don't care what system carries it. If it's dope, I'm in.
2. Superior multi-platform ports ( Bayonetta comes to mind ) I always want to get the better running version. Again, no system preference.
3. I love games, the more the merrier.
And it seems as though 2010 is going to keep me fairly me...
That's the only thing I can think of that would make someone say," If you think GoW is cool, check this sh!t." But then again Geoff has let me down with some of his hype. We'll see. Seriously, GoW, Metroid and Crackdown are all I ( absolutely ) need. Anything else is just gravy. Thanks 2010!

I said the exact same thing in a different Metroid post earlier. I ( personally ) just want this game to go beyond cult status. Metroid should be neck and neck with Zelda in terms of sales and popularity. Metroid is essentially Zelda in space. Minus a princess to be saved and towns folk problem solving.
Considering the user base and good marketing, there's no reason why it shouldn't. I'll be counting the days in the meantime.
... what's up with that? I never understood why Metroid doesn't sell that well. When really it should sell like hot cakes. I blame it on poor marketing mostly. I've debated this heavily ( in my head ) over the years and I think Metroid is my favorite franchise of all time. I have every intention of 100%ing Other M. I am so down for this game. June 27, I will be there.
