And yeah, it's kinda is overrated. I played all three. And bought all three day one and half way through each of their campaigns I realized that this game was blatantly average. Because, it's campaign mode is not where it shines. As a matter of fact, the campaign sucks, on all of them. Sorry. And as far as Halo 3 is concerned, why does Microsofts' flagship title look like crap compared to Gears? And I always found it a little insulting that they kept comparing it to Metroid. Contra, Zelda and Metroid. Everything else was icing on the cake for me. Don't forget Bullet Witch, with its' great dialogue, excellent voice acting, lovable characters and sweeping music... wow. I I don't know how much longer I could've kept that bullshit up.

Pro Tip: Next time check out Deviant Art.com. There are some real serious artists on that sight. I advise all to check it out. And as a little game, use the search engine for any one of those characters and I'm sure you'll find at least 10 pictures that blow this crap right out of the water.
If Sony unveils a new Shadow of the Colossus that just might destroy everyone's thunder. Even other high end Sony properties will have a hard time getting noticed. Nintendo needs a doozy. ... I played them both and was greatly disappointed. I guess it was all the hype surrounding it, like it was the 2nd coming or something. A bad game? No. A great game? No. If you've never played it before, don't go out of your way. It's a love it or hate it game. Buy it used. That way you have 7 days to figure out that it's not that good and get your money back. Chances are you'll figure it out in 2 though.
... be cool enough to excuse Metroid from your list of non-existing games. I know it's a 1st person adventure. But you know... whatever. Good luck matching that calibre of gaming experience. And Prime 3 wasn't even Retros' best effort. That would be Prime 1. Don't over sell your game there Eric. What little patience the core audience has left, may come back to bite you in the ass if your game is not what you claim it to be.
