It's awesome that Microsoft is listening to feedback and quickly providing us with updates.
On 360 we had some great updates but it really just feels like the update process is more streamlined for Xbox One. If there's enough demand for a feature, Microsoft tries to make it happen. That's the transparency we always needed.
I'm not in the preview program unfortunately but with how steady the updates are for everyone, it's hard to complain...
I only have Xbox One at the moment, so I can't give a fair opinion but some of the questions are pretty much a given.
For me, PS4 gets the nod for graphics, indies, and best value while Xbox excels in multiplayer, exclusives, and entertainment.
Commitment to fans is split for me. Sony seems to be actively chasing after all types of developers to expand their library and that's great for gamers. Microsoft on the other hand did a decent job turning thi...
@abzdiine
It's called a "customer" survey. I'm glad they kept out the trolls who have no interest no matter what they do.
Pretty sure they're looking for opinions from people who own/have interest in both.
Look at how concerned all of these Sony fans are for XBL. You guys are too sweet. Thank you for looking out for us.
But it's quite okay. This kind of thing doesn't happen enough for us to be worried, but we all appreciate your support.

I think a lot of people are confusing content with recycled content. Bungie did an amazing job with the gunplay in Destiny. It's easy to disregard the repetitiveness when the gameplay is so well done.
While it excels at the core mechanics of the game, it suffers in offering us varied/interesting environments to play in. I think the biggest problem is that the story really doesn't attach us to anything, so we have no real reason to care about why we're doing what w...
As a Destiny owner on Xbox One, I do feel like this DLC lost a lot of value on Xbox.
It feels like a lot of the game is missing already. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Destiny and still play, even defending it against haters, but I've been playing the same missions, the same strikes, the same maps for over a month now. For a game that promotes repetitive play, everything tends to get stale after a while when you're constantly in the same areas.
I w...
@Nix
You bring up one of the lowest reviews as if it's the only consensus on the game, even though it's clearly in the minority at this point.
You say that bosses are predictably colorful in Sunset yet claim Bloodborne is something we cant even imagine. Call it a crazy hunch but I bet they're going to be predictably demonic.
It's fine if the game isn't for you, but I'm fairly confident you'd love this game if it wa...
@nix
Why are you on about Bloodborne in a Sunset Overdrive review?
You're talking like the majority of reviewers have been giving Sunset 7's. I'm sure you conveniently missed all of the 8's and 9's.
You're not psychic, sorry to disappoint. Your stealth trolling isn't hard to notice either, but yeah, keep on acting like you "wish all the best" to SSO while talking on and on about Bloodborne.
Too Human was such a letdown for me. I had a lot of hope in it being a great game only to be presented with a mediocre experience at best. Still, I played it, only to be reminded of the lost potential.
I'm not sure if we'll ever get a sequel but I really hope time is better spent than on the original.
I was also expecting 8's since SSO isn't an established franchise but this is a nice surprise. I hope the game gets the sales it deserves so we can see more risks like this on Xbox and from developers in general.
This game looks incredibly fun and the art direction adds a lot of style in my opinion. The screenshots in this review are great.
I've avoided spoilers on the respawning. Kind of want to just go die and find out for myself.
I'm glad Insomniac is making a comeback. It's also great to see a new title score well. After Destiny, I've decided to only see reviews as a basis, but this definitely makes me feel better about buying an unknown Ip at release.
Hope everyone enjoys the game tomorrow.
And what side did Sony fanboys take? Did you forget about all the claims about Cell?
When 360 games outperformed PS3 games, according to Playstation fans, it was the lazy developers' fault (Rockstar must be so lazy) and there were no noticeable differences. No credit was given to 360 for outperforming the PS3. You guys couldn't even accept that it was possible and when it happened it was a mistake.
Yeah, okay. All I see are double standards on both s...
Do you guys really have the mindset that EVERY indie game has the probability to be as big as Minecraft, Limbo, Braid, No Man's Sky, Journey? If so, you're in for a rude awakening.
It's fine to support games but you're giving indies far too much credit. Why? Because at the moment, more indies are setting up shop on PS4. It suits your pro PS4 agenda. While having more games is not a bad thing, you're also acting like all these indies are 10/10 games. That...
@joeorc
Throwing around the word "fact" doesn't magically make things fact.
Even if that was the case, the whole point I was making was that fanboys are tearing into the Xbox One for something that is a CPU related issue, something specs on paper give the advantage to Xbox One. The same specs on paper you guys continually shove down our throats when it's in your favor. You cannot have it both ways.
I'm no expert in the subject, but I'm 100% sure the information turned into a flamebait by Cinemablend doesn't prove anything.
Number 1, you're quoting Cinemablend. Lol?
Number 2, the source of Cinemablend, GamingBolt goes on to explain that:
"Allegorithmic’s Substance Engine which is used to drastically reduce the file size and provides unique visual effects by using dynamic effects in real time, is another example, and ...
No. The most important part of the article is not:
"We decided to lock them at the same specs to avoid all the debates and stuff"
It's the part where they actually provide information relating to why they are having issues with performance. -.-
You guys are clinging to that quote so others will ignore the giant quote stating it's the CPU at fault.
Honestly, after reading half of these comments I'm surprised by how far people will go to ignore the obvious when it comes to their preference and just downright tear the competition to pieces.
From the article:
"Technically we're CPU-bound," he said. "The GPUs are really powerful, obviously the graphics look pretty good, but it's the CPU [that] has to process the AI, the number of NPCs we have on screen, all these systems running in paralle...
Low levels should have no problems adjusting to regular PVP, damage/armour is the same for everyone. You do get the abilities and such, so you have a point, but I've hardly noticed a difference at low levels.
Iron Banner is the only mode that takes gear stats into account.
If you made an argument about how unbalanced the shotguns and supers are, I'd agree with you. I think I read Bungie wanted to tone the shotguns down, so that's good. However, I ...
The game looks great. Nintendo is making it extremely difficult for me to ignore Wii U this year. The games have been quality and most importantly they have been fun.
I'm going to keep an eye out for bundles.
