for me it was the pointlessness of them. all this stealth and then i walk into an open area, what a crock. they were pointless, half assed and tacked on.
the first boss i just stood on the boxes in the corner of the little room and shot him while he couldn't actually shoot me, he kept hitting the entrance wall to the little room. i was literally 2 meters from him and neither of us moved until he was dead. what was the point? that is all i have played so far...

it is kinda sad to a fanboy. your last sentence is just flat out stupid. there are plenty of awesome multi-plats out there that would appeal to you more if your fanboyism wasn't so ingrained that you don't think normally. you have yourself a bad case of the OBD's.

it would if it didn't have boss battles. they are just a pain in the ass these days, especially when you run into the first boss and all you have is a tranq gun.
they just don't seem to fit into such an awesomely diverse game like this one. boss battles are fine if the general way of playing the game is run and gun, but this game offers so many other ways to play.
whether you plan to sue them or not doesn't really come into it. you are basically saying to us that you love sony so much they can do anything to you and you wouldn't care.
to me this sort of thing is just another large corporation wanting everything their own way. the whole world revolves around large corporations these days. especially in the US
