Just got mine the other day in anticipation of Odyssey. They really hit it out of the park with BoTW! No way it could ever be my primary console, but what it does it does REALLY well. 1 week till SMO!!!
Mario is a no-brainer and BoTW is worth the hype. Its a little on the expensive side for sure though.

Just got my Switch yesterday in lue of SMO coming soon and picked up BoTW and a pro controller with it. I have been very pleasantly surprised with how good the game looks undocked, abd just how fun the game is overall as I really havent cared for any Zelda post WW. Am SUUUUPER hyped for Maio now!

I do wish many times that thete was a language filter while kids are in the room or playing. GTAV is so much fun for a kid to drive around and cause chaos in, but you have to hearcfbombs every 30 seconds.

I would definately count TLL as a game.
I have a curved sammy 7500 and it upscales beautifully. I lucked out as I really wasnt aware of the huge difference that the quality of upscaling could make. Have LOVED going 4k. I can see the xb1 having a slight advantage if it can go true native 4k as the checkerboarding can become apparent at times, but its a slight niggle as most of the time it looks awesome.

I have bought 1 microtransaction in my 32 years of gaming. It was a $2 car in Rocket League...a game I got for free on PS+. I have never felt that my experience has been hampered by either not buying them, or by others buying them, and I do play online every day. I really dont see what the big deal with them is...unless they give players some kind of crazy unfair advantage that I have yet to run into. He's right...dont like em, dont buy em.
