The latter part of the year is when the 3rd party heavy hitters usually release. I think its wise of Sony to sprinkle their 1st party gems throughout the 1st half of the year to give us games to play THROUGHOUT the year and not suffer through long droughts.

Here's hoping it's SOMETHING from them to get me to look at the X1X. I do like the extra HP since I do have 4k HDR. The Pro has been a great upgrade and the X1X would be nice, but it better do more than a slight upgrade over the pro if xb doesnt come with the 1st party/exclusive games.

I was referring mainly to AAA games. Hell my phone has games on it on par with MANY of the games available on switch. My point is that damn near ALL major 3rd party games are skipping the swatch, so yeah...a handfull of kiddy weaksauce games or a few AAA ports from the wiiu.
Lets face it...if you own a switch what the f else you gonna buy?

Started over from scratch. Bought it on launch and sunk 40 or so hours into it before putting it down. Coming back to it, it definately feels like its progression system has more direction. Cant wait to use some labd vehicles and portals. The visuals have been nicely upgraded as well!
Horizon has its shortcomings...water is VERY weak. But man, 4k chkrbrd and especially HDR look amazing. More please.
