LBP isn't a casual-only game, it's awesome. A gamer of any age can pick up that masterpiece and have fun with it.

It isn't "Early beta access," it's exclusive access to closed betas. I have a strong feeling I'll be playing the LBP2 beta soon.
Oh, and yes, you lose the games when you unsubscribe. But it still more than pays for itself in the time that you're subscribed. Pay another $50 and you get all of those 12 months worth of games back, along with the next 12 months.

Thank God, someone who agrees with me on the Dark Cloud series! Those two games were incredible. I would definitely re-buy them if I had a backwards-compatible PS3.

Don't generalise. And besides, it's not the site that's taking a long time to load, it's Google Translate. It has to check every word/phrase on that page and in the source to translate from German to English, and do you have any idea how long that takes?

1. I'm extremely glad that custom soundtracks aren't enabled for all games -- if they were, I'd constantly be hearing music being blasted through microphones more than I already do. And some games don't have a mute feature.
2. I agree, that'd be a neat feature. The only game I've seen it enabled in is Noby Noby Boy.
3. Again, that'd be a neat feature to have -- but I can understand why it's missing, it would take a huge amount of bandwidth
If anything, it was a degradation from MW1. A HUGE degradation.

The number of ways in which Americans come up with to promote being lazy parents never seize to amaze me. Just do your damn job as a parent and teach the difference between right and wrong, and why wrong is wrong. Don't just isolate your child from everything bad -- that only leads to curiosity and worse things later in life.
The online system was great. You didn't have to wait to play another game mode, you didn't have to get pissed off at bullshit matchmaking systems, you could fully customise the game however you wanted by hosting your own matches... If anything, it's the best system on consoles I've seen other than Warhawk's and UT3's.
