No, the retail build of the game is considerably downgraded from the earlier builds they showed off at E3 and other gaming events. Couple that with the fact that over half of the game (compared to Forza 4) has been cut out and sold as DLC raises eyebrows as to why this game is getting such good reviews.

It's a shame, ive always been a Forza fan and i loved the look of Forza 5 from the early builds of the game....but now, with a fraction of the tracks and cars and the graphics not being too different from Forza 4....i might just give this a pass.
14 tracks for a next gen racing sim is unacceptable. You would be bored of seeing the same track over and over in no time.

Livestream resolution has nothing to do the fact you can blatantly see a downgrade in textures,lighting,shadows,car detail,crowd detail.

*Applauds* Well said Abriael. I said a week back that people shouldn't be so hasty to bash the PS4's failure reports, and that they shouldn't think the X1 will be immune to hardware failures. But did they listen? Nope. I hope the failure rates continue to be as low for each console, broken consoles suck.

My Kinect is staying in the box, i just don't have any use for it. Im perfectly comfortable using a controller to do everything and it annoys me that it's included with every X1. A Kinect-less SKU would be very appealing to many people.
I disagree, Killzone SF's campaign is unbelievably good looking, better than RYSE in-game visually. But that's just my opinion. RYSE is a linear 900p game whereas Killzone has much larger/open areas and is full native 1080p which is another thing to take into consideration.
That extra power will show as time goes on, trust me. It's already showing with the multiplats. I know people say this a lot but Naughty Dogs next game is going to blow everyone away graphicall...
Agreed, the input lag and lack of being able to do the same movements that you can with a controller with as much ease as a controller will be a problem with the Kinect 2. Kinect for 360 only managed kids/family games and games with very limited movement (pre planned paths on Star Wars kinect for example).
Ive done what i said i will never do after playing ACR and AC3, ive pre ordered AC4. I hope it doesn't let me down.

Nope, every comparison ive seen on neogaf shows the PS4 version clearly being sharper and more detailed. No idea why it looks like it has a "fog" effect in this video because every livestream/youtube video ive watched looks vivid and not foggy at all.
