Yes you can, you assume the "crab claw" grip, its easy. I had no problem whatsoever attacking and moving the camera round on The Witcher 2 or any other game (Fable 2+3,Kingdoms Of Amalur,Skyrim) using this grip. It's also a common grip for first person shooters.

Im waiting until Killzone drops to around £40 and getting BF4 instead....the 64 players and large maps will keep me entertained while i wait for the price drop of KZ.
The games already are doing the talking. Every multiplat looks better on PS4, Killzone SF is 1080p and 30-45 fps in the singleplayer with open areas while RYSE dips into the teens at 900p and is a corridor game.....the power difference is obvious to anyone who isn't blind.
I look forward to it. Remedy will deliver the goods, no doubt about that. From the short GIF's i saw, this game looks awesome.

It may not be "spying", but its still wrong, people shouldn't have to walk on eggshells when talking to their friends.
PS2 was a monumental success, if the PS4 gets anywhere near that (which is looking likely the way the PS4 is going) then that will be amazing.
Ive been saying it since the reveal....there is a certain "PS2 feeling" in the air when it comes to the PS4 that i can't quite put my finger on.

I thought i saw this same article earlier? Oh well, ill say the same thing i said then....If Gears was a PS franchise Sony would have given Gears of War THREE away with PS plus a long time ago. I don't understand why MS keeps giving away these super old games, surely they can make more of an effort?

That may be so but you have to accept the fact that many people just don't want/care for it and want the option to buy a kinect-less X1. Shouldn't be forced on people.
I don't want to pay £80 extra for "leaning" "or voice commands".....i can just use the controller which is just as fast if not faster. I think it's just a gimmick, a cool but ultimately limited/unnecessary gimmick.
If people want it and want to spend money for it so bet it, i genuinely hope you get enjoyment/satisfaction out of it. But please give people who aren't interested in the tech whatsoever the option to buy the X1 on its own.
