PS4 is still the best selling console world wide and has been for the last 4 months that the Xbox One S has sold better in the US. PS4 is still increasing it's lead over Xbox One, PS4 is not losing any ground to the Xbox One when you look at total sale for each month or lifetime sales, so why would Sony panic. Each month the the win for Xbox One decreases compared to the month prier, short lived and very small win if at all if you look at the whole picture.
It's brand new system with a couple games that run 2 or 3 frames slower in 60 FPS mode, a couple of games out of 42 so far, that probably is a software issue not a hardware issue, the world's coming to an end. Get a grip fanboys and examine the system you own that can't keep up with the PS4 slim, resolution and FPS on many more games.

PS4 is not a retro console, it's a current gen console, and that is OK.
Vince is overly negative in most of his reviews, I don't agree with him very much. Personally I don't think he is very good journalist. He gives the console an 8.5 which a pretty good score, but the written review comes off as very negative to me, that's a trend with him, seems more so with anything Sony.
It's a resource hog on PC too, I've got a GTX 1080 GPU, and intel 5600k CPU, both overclocked, Skyrim Remastered runs pretty good at 1080p but any higher resolution it runs terrible, lot of frame pacing issues. Just not a very good game engine.
Still plenty green on the site, just not so dominant. I think it looks better.

Their are going to be true 4k at 30 FPS games on PS4 pro, even triple AAA games, and the games that use the other techniques to achieve 4K (it's not basic upscaling) look virtually identical to true 4k. it's amazing that PS4 Pro with much less power than what a single PC graphics card has, can do this, I have a GTX 1080, which is a 9 teraflop GPU and it still has a hard time with modern AAA games doing 4k. Written by a fifteen year old, the game is the best looking game ever made for consoles (arguably even PC) and one of the best playing and best stories ever on the PS4 let alone on the PS4 Pro. Maybe a little dumb manipulation with the tittle since Uncharted 4 is included with the new slim PS4.
I love Recores gameplay but the game is not finished and still has lots of technical problems. The fourth Core Bot is missing and there are several inaccessible dungeons in the game and the only information they give on this is to stay tuned. They should have never released the game in the state it was released in, half finished and lot of technical problems, they should have delayed the release. I think if they had delayed the game to finish it the game could have been something truly memora...

If anything is a fad technology, it's AR for the use of gaming. both PoKemon and Snapchat are gimmicks Like 3D and are in no way immersive like VR can be, you feel like your in the world with VR and it tricks your mind into thinking that world is real if it is done Wright, with AR it's obvious fake things are being placed in reality through the Use of a camera, feels fake and like a gimmick, not to say that can't be fun but I don't think it really compares to the immersion VR ...

Seans only problem was giving to many interviews during the games development, but on the other hand you can't blame him for wanting people to know about his game. Things change during development of a game, developers never know what's final until the very last few months. In my opinion nearly everything he said would be in the game is in the game just slightly different. another problem is that people judged the game for what they thought it should be ...

Still didn't play DVD's or Blu-Rays, no one bought them to play them, no one cared that the Wii didn't play them,That's what I'm talking about. Plus, PS4 Pro has Streaming services. but no one is going to buy a PS4 pro because it has steaming services, They are going to buy it because it's a system that is more powerful and run games better.

I have a 4k TV but I checked it out on a 1080p set also and their is a noticeable difference, resolution is sharper and the lighting seems to look a little better on the games I checked out. probably because the added sharpness makes the filtering a little better.
