What I find funny about Killzone 2 people complained that the developers added weight to the guns when moving, but Battlefield 3 got no complaints for the exact same animation implementation.
So is it ok for games to be on the PC and XBOX like Titanfall, and on the XBOX 360 it was an indie fest with games like Castle Crashers, Super Meat Boy, Limbo, Bastion, or The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai?
It's interesting when the table turns comments like this sprout up, at least this time around the indie developers that are getting first dibs are quality developers. It's like everyone forgot about Microsoft XNA where it was easy to develop for Windows PC / Mobile and ...
The problem is that Kinect is limited no matter how much tech is put into it, bacause there are limitations to a full body motion games. Move has proven it can do what the Dual Shock can do and do what the Dual Shock cannot do. Move can be implemented for any game, while Kinect is used for weapon selection, voice commands, and hand jestures.
This is most likely why Sony doesn't put much into the camera because of the limitations. I'm looking at Kinect as if it works p...
From a company's point of view, of course a company will claim more power, what most poeple don't realize is the context even through it's generally straight forward. From a reality stand point, multiplatforms aren't a good indicator for this because the goal is to create the same experience with each platform else people will complain that a game with the same title has a completely different experience to hardware with similar capabilities.
Another thing I w...
The PS3 supports up to seven no one talks about it, Microsoft's new console supports an extra controller everyone talks about it. For those of you that say it's expensive, people bring over their controller to play sports games like hockey, football, rugby, soccer, and anything else that supports it.
It just shows how many people actually play PlayStation vs XBOX on this website.

I can never understand that logic, if you are buying one console it's fordidden to to comment on anything else. When it comes to news, I will look at what's happening with BlackBerry owning an IOS, news in the United States while living in another country, or a sports team that sparks my interest while not cheering for them during the season.
I don't know someone who's into one thing but lives in a shell of the things they only ...
The title should say, "Why I think the PS4 controller is better than the XBOX ONE controller" because if it's not on facts it will start a riot in the comment section. I hate it when gaming journalist have bad grammar, even with the title stating on opinion it still contradicts itself.
This just reminds me of the numerous articles about Metal Gear Solid 4 coming to the XBOX 360, this is kind of funny.
My top five would be Dreamcast, SNES, PS1, PS3, & PSV. I chose with the mindset of what the console can do and what games were available. The XBOX 360 is just popular for using a broadband only connect which I would say the Dreamcast could have surpassed if it was popular enough.
I find it funny for the explanation of the low grade for The Playroom when Sony started the full body motion genre and the augmented reality is what Sony tends to do most out of all the companies in the indestry, like Eye of Judgement or Vita games. Just a little ironic how people perceive companies that start certain things.
So there is no learning curve, why is this news when the architecture kind of implies this?
XBOX 360 (2005) : $500.00
- no HDMI port (failure rate saved them in a sense to add it on)
- no HD DVD optical drive (add-on $200.00)
PS3 (2006): $600.00
- HDMI port
- Blu-ray optical drive
One of the highest rated XBOX 360 launch titles was Perfect Dark Zero, one of the PS3's lowest rated launch titles was Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance is at a higher quality than Perfect Dark just play both of them today and you'...
What I find funny is when things were opposite, when everyone favoured the XBOX 360 over the PS4 even though the PS3 has more and higher quality exclusives. Blu-ray was hated people said it wasn't needed for gaming, being an entertainment system isn't being a gaming console, or the extra hundred dollars for the hardware isn't worth it.
Now that the tables somewhat turned you get articles like this one, it's like everyone forgot how Sony was treated up until th...
I'm actually more excited about the PS4 build-in UI features like watch live gameplay from your friends list. As with the games i'm more excited about multiplatform games like Battlefield or Metal Gear Soild. The exclusives would be Infamous and Deep Down that get me excited as with the games inbetween they are fillers for when i get bored of the other games.
Plus Drive Club being virtually free with PS+ which is more like Project Gotham Racing than Forza is fine by m...
The only time I noticed lag is with Halo 4 when trying to run or mele, it never does it if I press it too quick. I always thought it was how the game was programmed; besides XBOX 360 no other controller does that with games.
Lol, at the hilarious farting noise.
The PS3 only has cross game text chat with 16 people per room up to three rooms opened at a time. Not quite the same thing, but it makes use of the keypad that they brought out.
So if Sony does anything with the PS3 it would have to utilize the messaging system or the chat room system (firmware update 2.70).
My guess people will criticize it for being free like how many criticize PSN for being free with the PS3 despite having identical or even smoother online depending on what studio created the game / online portion.
XBOX Live and internet are two separate things, I can be connected to the internet but not signed in for example, an iPhone app.
Because the console will be maxed out sooner it doesn't mean there will be less innovation. If anything it will push developers for better games since it will be more about the gameplay than anything else equaling the playing field with indie developers to a degree.
