Sometimes I have to wonder are people here paid to hate/bash on other consoles? Like for real, unless you are a major shareholder, how is your life affected by any of the consoles doing good or bad? What actual stake do people have?

Where was console online gaming before Xbox Live?
Say what you want about MS or Xbox but they did (through Xbox Live) solidify consoles as a viable market for online games. Especially with their push to only work on broadband and not 56k which was a big deal back in 2002.
So yeah, Xbox has had a huge legacy in the gaming industry.
Eventually gamers need to stop giving Rockstar immunity and call them out for what they are. With the release of the remaster Rockstar like CDPR can no longer hold onto the "All about the quality" label. They are not about the quality but anti comsumer behavior.
CDPR may have lied but they are not anti consumer. They do not threaten legal action against modders nor do they remove older editions from stores in order to sell newer remastered versions.
Nah, the anti-woke/SJW crowd is more active online than it was say....10 years ago.
If an article came out talking about how X game will feature a gay/black female I can bet you 100% that most of the comments would be complaining about how everything is "woke" and how there is too much "forced diversity" and so on. Very few of the comments would actually be in support of the topic.
No, if you were to do a tally of these comments based on agreement vs disagreement with this decision, you'll see that most comments are about complaining about this move.
It is a common trend today. IGN comments section is exhibit A.
More gripes and complaints today comes from the anti-SJW/woke crowd.
At E3 you can actually play the games. TGA you cannot.
