Yes, GoW 2 indeed could win GOTY, but the wow factor wont be the as it seems to be a copy and paste from the first one.
Starfield on the other hand is more mysterious and a concept never done before in gaming just like GoW was a concept never done before.
Not saying Starfield will win, just saying there is more competition against GoW2 and Horizon and that BoTW2 isnt ruled out for a late 2022 release.

I never understood the internet obsession over caring about what difficulty people play on. Some play on easy, some play on normal and some on hard. In a single player non competitive game why does it matter what modes people prefer? How does it alter your experience?

Because all Xbox Series games can also be played on the PC. So this is less about the lack of interest and more about there being a 2nd option to play Xbox games.

Perhaps you are new to gaming but it is common for gameplay systems from other games/genres to be included in other games.
Going by your logic, CDPR also intended for TW3 to be a RDR clone cause in both games you can ride horses and play cards.
Oh and I guess AC Valhalla was meant to be RDR: Vikings because in RDR you can fish and in Valhalla you can also fish.

No, CDPR never meant to make GTA Cyberpunk. That was just what the perception many fans had because of whatever reasons.
CP2077 is closer to an open world Deus Ex than it is a GTA Cyberpunk.

I mean the gameplay loop does not even make sense for it.
