Consider China's console options:
Xbox One (American, from a questionable company that they already pirate OSes from)
PS4 (Japanese, from a company who's origin just happens to be from a country that their govt' has hatred toward)

There is also the WiiU, but I don't know if Nintendo made any movement on the Chinese market.

After those, China only has their horrendous knock off consoles that are runnin...

The Destiny theme has nice music too. At least we have themes. At launch we had nothing.

Personally I'm not the type of person who goes out of their way to see and get every theme. I just get what is free (either from the get go or comes as an extra with pre-orders and such).

If there are people pre-ordering JUST to get a theme, I don't think the problem is with Sony/Bethesda. The problem is with the person doing the pre-order. These types of things a...

I can only defend the matchmaking argument IF matchmaking options allowed you to choose mics-only on certain content. I can assure you that ANY of the end-game content is nigh impossible without communication. Seriously, they have this stuff setup to really require some teamwork and communication.

Strikes are one thing and you can get away with no one uttering a single word, but the Raids and high leveled PoE's definitely require LOTS of communication between members. It ...

Sony had a contract with Nintendo to develop a CD add-on for the SNES. For lack of better words they were combined on a joint project. Nintendo backed out at the last minute and signed a contract with Panasonic for a disc-based system (Code named Dolphin - Later became the GameCube). This was an act of war to Sony execs at the time (remember these are Japanese companies) and they didn't want anything to do with a niche market until this act. After Nintendo balked out of their contract, So...

Until Thorn gets a nerf, all you can do to compete is use your own Thorn, Last Word, or Hawkmoon. You can use other Exotics from range too such as MIDA to escape the range of the hand cannons (though not many maps allow for this easily due to their layout).

I can deal with that though. I CANNOT deal with the fact that players with crap connections get to run around with almost complete invincibility. This just ruins an otherwise fun activity.

I don't play...

That is IF you can bring yourself to trudge through the banner and spend 30,000 glimmer on Etheric Light (if you want 6, two from each character), find good PvP-mates to get you 9-0 in Osiris on all characters, and/or have mates to help you through 32, 34, and 35 PoE each week.

Etheric light is still ridiculously hard for the casual Destiny player to obtain (the one who doesn't Raid, doesn't use LFGs to find groups, doesn't play three characters a week on all the ...

Also, people may have been using a wireless Logitech keyboard and/or mouse without knowing it. Most of Dell's wireless keyboard and mouse combos and bluetooth mice are just rebranded Logitechs. They even use Logitech's software.

I've used Logitech keyboards and mice for years and they are tough as nails. The only nagging issue I've ever had with their mice (specifically the cheap and mid-tier ones) is that the switches' debounce eventually breaks causing t...

If you are lucky they'll allow the Unofficial Bugfix mods through that fix LOTS of the issues that don't get fixed in the patches. The number of fixes that are still in the Unofficial Bugfix Patch mods for FO3, New Vegas, and Skyrim is mind boggling.

The only problem is "fixes" that require a Script Extender (thinking of that I wonder what NVSE will get renamed to since FOSE was already used for FO3). If a Script Extender is required then the mod/fix cannot ...

Console players (especially Xboxers) need to take this mod thing with a grain of salt. The full details and supported release date have not been revealed.

Considering the closed nature of both consoles' networks though I GUARANTEE console mods (while ported from PC mods) will have to go through a "Steam Workshop"-esk front. This means all mods being ported will be subject to some sort of approval, meaning game breaking and/or system breaking mods WILL NOT get ap...

While many Legendaries are worth their weight in gold, Exotics like IceBreaker and Gjallarhorn have their places especially combined with said Legendaries.

Gjallarhorn is great for PvE activities because it makes quick work of EVERYTHING (especially anything with Solar shields). It isn't nicknamed the "boss-killer" for nothing. It made laughable work of Phogoth and Valus the past two Nightfalls.

The horn is not good for PvP though as it is just ...

@Kribwalker

Just keep doing the activities that grant Exotics (ie the Nightfalls and if you Raid at least make it to the Exotic "chest" for each raid - note Crota's raid is an mini-boss and not a chest for the Exotic). If you can't raid, you can play the highest tier Strike Playlist for a less than 5% chance of it dropping and Exotic (even less that it is a Gjallarhorn).

The sad thing is that you need to keep spinning that RNG. If you at lea...

Jimboms probably copied the tags from Clipping Error. Their tags are wrong too:
"E3 , E3 2015 , Horizon: Zero Dawn , News , Opinion , PC , Playstation 4 , Playstation Network , Xbox Live , Xbox One"

GT lacks physics? You are kidding right? Arcadey? Yeah...I don't think you've played the same Gran Turismo that everyone else has.

MGS2 VR missions and getting all the dog tags is MUCH harder than the Big Boss run of MGS4.

The only thing that makes the dog tags hard in MGS2...beating FatMan on Hard and Very Hard - seriously I hated pulling that off on the PS2 and didn't even begin to attempt it again with the remaster. I also gave up getting S-Rank on all the missions in Peace Walker (specifically the Monster Hunter themed ones).

MGS4 is at least doable with planning and saves at the...

"Source code" is the wrong word. "Machine code" is what you are looking for. Since Microsoft developed/had access to the API and machine code for the Xenon that IBM made them they can "virtualize" the Xenon in software and translate that code into one that the Xbox One's custom AMD x86 processor can understand.

The only problem will be games where the developers utilized the Xenon (and the 360 GPU) in out of the box ways not intended by Micro...

Actually once you are in the industry other voice actors that you work with "market" you when they get jobs (if you were good and memorable anyway).

That is why you see the "Funimation" voice actors in almost everything together (video games, anime, and even American animation). They sell each other.

Voice acting is a tough industry though. I believe it was Steve Blum that stated in one of the voice acting documentaries that you are consta...

Could you explain to me why MS managed to do it on a console that has the equivalent specs of a mid range PC when the emulation scene couldn't do it with high end PCs?"

That is because (1) the 360's customized PPC was essentially just a Triple Core IBM PPC Processor (it was not a custom arch...

@Godmars290 & Foxtrot

Tomb Raider in a way influenced Uncharted as much as Uncharted influenced the Reboot. What Uncharted brought to Tomb Raider's table was the cinematic set pieces and character building. Tomb Raider as it originally was was a platforming/puzzler that had horrendously simple shooting mechanics (face a direction and fire away).

Tomb Raider did need to evolve to stay relevant this day and age. However, Tomb Raider is still missing man...

You can find raid partners with out Gjallarhorn. Yes it is harder, but if you are in the right place requesting you'll get someone to invite you. Probably the best place to find sherpas who care less whether or not you have Gjallarhorn is Reddit's Fireteams. Most of the Destiny players on Reddit have formed numerous alternative strategies.

Gjallarhorn is so easy requested on the LFGs because SO MANY easy strategies have been formed for the raids using them. It isn'...
