No console wins. Only gamers wins. Although the tech differences are there, I rather have excellent games for PS4, Xbox One and Wii U. Trust me, you need all three big guns to make this industry flourish.

I have been playing MGS since 1999 and heck, I could do with a couple more entries. I will only be worried if the quality goes down, which is not the case.

Those versions will obviously be drastically different than the PS4 one.
We will be knowing that soon. Hopefully it will hit West. On a side note the game will be taking full advantage of the PS4 capabilities which is a good thing.
It's a great leap but given that with the power of next gen consoles developers will aim for more. So it will be a repeat of what we already know: More is eventually less.
That is not an exclusive. In my opinion ONLY exclusives can show what a system is truly capable of. Example Gears of War for Xbox 360 and Uncharted for the PS3.

That does not mean they haven't played with it 'at all'. Even with limited hands on they have been able to store a lot of data and it's only going to get better from here.
Carmack and Sweeney recently spoke about getting Mantle on the PS4 and Xbox One. Google it =)
Umm..Xbox One did not really had a bad launch. It was the events before launch that were a disaster.
