I can see this happening.
Everyone except David Hayter. Kiefer might be a great actor and I will admit he has a great voice as well but MGS just wont feel right without Hayter.
I guess I will just get used to it.

It is not only a side scroller. This game is using millions of individual building blocks that break up in real time. And rendering each of them requires a lot of computing power.
This is PS4 based article. Unless someone flames the Xbox One, I dont see this turning into flame bait.
Well it be a repeat of previous generation. Developers will use the lowest common denominator as a basis for their games. It is obvious. However the extra power of the PS4 will be used by 1st party developers, that's one thing for sure.
If you have a smartphone and if you plan to buy a PS4 game using that, it will automatically wake up the PS4 up and start downloading the game. After that the PS4 goes back to sleep state.
This is one awesome feature.
But still, you gotta wonder what a PS3 controller is doing there!

Indeed it is. So far it seems AMD has all guns roaring for them consoles wise.. But NVIDIA still holds the PC market and their upcoming mobile solutions are insane.
We need to understand that with the proper optimization and excellent coding/programming techniques one can really harness the potential of consoles. Look what developers did with a mere 512 MB on the PS3.

Not really. They all know that the power is there but as usual with every hardware cycle, it will take time. But personally, I think it will be faster this time around.

But honestly, no one should be worried since 1st party Sony Studios will be making use of that 5.5 GB RAM to the max.
