Well which one's right? I mean, just 3 days ago we saw Ps3 at 50,000 units sold. I don't get it, I suppose. Also, notice how no site has done updates on total software sales for america? Why is that? We haven't had tabgible numbers on software since before Black Friday... It's strange. We got total rentals this week but not software sales.

I always cringe when I see that ugly maroonish red Hd-dvd box in some SLOP DONGs hand. They always walk around like they're privy to something that everyone else is not. I shake my head and just laugh... Laugh at the fact they are basically tossing all their invested interest down the toilet.
Hd-dvd is such a lame ass format. I make sure I tell atleast 5 people a day why Blu-ray is better and why blu-ray should be had and experienced by all.

WOW! Those graphics are terrible... what happened? Man, you'd think with the delaying it, they'd have had time to polish it up. Doesn't look that way. WOW! I'm beside myself at how ugly some of those really are. Look at the background buildings they look like boxes. Litterally.
It's good to hear a Sony owned franchise is actually getting good treatment. They said the PS3 game proceeds the PC/360 version of the game... so, that's saying something. Hell, sony let their Spiderman franchise go to hell in the videogame world, better do something about this one, don't ya think?
If I was Sony I'd have told Activison to can the ps3 versionof spiderman all together. That thing was an abomination.

Ps3 is the best upscaler... simple as that. It's upscaler rivals my stand alone Blu-ray player for sure. PS3 is the best media box out there. No questions.
This has been posted like 4 times now, but in saying so... I almost feel sorry for these multi million dollar directors "ha" Well, in context. I mean, Speilberg, Bay and Lucas have all praised blu-ray and shown major support for the format, but the studios they work under "lucas aside" are being paid off for short term strides to keep the format war going until Microsoft can figure itself out. A shame, really.

Also, Uncharted sold 130,000 its 1st week, Timmy... It's been out since the 19th, don't you think you should quote the Simexchange sales by now? The ones that say the game is over 350,000 sold? I mean, NPD and Sim are 1 in the same, but sim releases early... Since Uncharted was released only in America, those sales are pretty damn good.

It'll be so lame if the scoring isn't fixed... Like, I bet right now.. if you drop the Drop ship, it'll only give you a point for doing so. I hate that. I secured like 4 bases and I got like 4 points for it. It's absurd, the scoring.
Vaan, the game boots up in 1080P just fine. All you have to do is disable your 720P and 1080I rez's. It's a much more fluid experience this way, believe me. 720P sets refresh rate aren't near that of a 1080P set and the restraints aren't there, I don't believe.
As for the game and changes... Characters die in 3 hits, 1 hit in the head...

Maybe it's just me and my set up, but uncharted had maybe 3 instances of screen tearing where I noticed it. you're buying into too much naysaying if you believe the screen tearing is that bad. I played Uncharted 1st time thru on my 1080P bravia and experienced litterally 3 to 4 times of "noticble" screen tearing. I'm currently playing on a 1080P ambilight and, again, no screen tearing that is noticble.

VGcharts are so off, though... I mean, 1 day we use them... the next we don't. Their numbers are always inconcistant with NPD and Simexchange, so who do you believe here? Which one is more trusted? VGcharts, by and large, seems to not be legit with many users... I, for one, don't buy their numbers.
