No, it's not true... At all. Also, blu-ray players and Ps3's both offer you up to 4x's the reduction. Pixle perfect HD-tv's and blu-ray are best coupled and you'll know why when you see them in your living room.
Blu-ray has the better content and the better legs on which to stand in the future. they also have the better options in terms of visual aids and tweaks. This isn't opinion, it's fact based.

I'd like to See Nintendo drop out and or Microsoft... They're expendable at this point. Microsoft not so much, because they're all about games "aside from their garbage ass download service" but they're pretty relevant to me and important to have in the mix, so I want MS to stick around.

Sega was always average... always. The only time they had somethign ebtter than the comp was during the nes/master system days and the dev's had exclusive agreements with Nintendo "on which was forced onto them" to make their versions different... so the dev's couldnt' take advantage of the master systems extra power alot of times.

Hell no I'm not getting MGS4, I've been vocal about that from the get go. More so on GTA4. I won't be getting either of them. GT5, however, is polyophony digital, which... = Sony. So, I might get that one... even though I'm not a huge fan of it. I do prefer Ridge Racer in this instance and will always adopt the new ridger Racer games every time they drop. And I will make exceptions. Tekken games... love those. They're my favorite fighting games.

I don't know... Ask Gears of War, Halo 3 and Bio shock.... I beat all of them in under 9 hours. I beat Uncharted in 11 hours and 24 min my 1st time thru... I also challenge anyone and I mean anyone to beat Crushing in under 12 hours. It's next to impossible.

PS3 + Linux + Tversity = Heaven. All there is to it. I have over 60 movies that I can stream to my ps3 and not even touch my 250 gb hdd, that I got to put in myself on my ps3. That is living. "ha"

I love how the box boys are doing the same damage control the Ps3 fanboys were doing when Gametrailers showed their ultra cool contrast ps3 version hahahaha... you all are dooped SLOP DONGS! There is no unbiased comparison shots, folks. These vids are doctored no matter which way you cut it.
The ps3 versions contrast was tampered with on gametrailers, as always.... The xbox 360's version here is clearly being tampered with in someway too.

totall off topic, but ... After playing Warhawk since the beta and loving it... don't you just wish Incog would've obtained the Batman licence? Imagine a full on open scale Batman game, set in Gotham and flying a Batwing around like you do the Warhawks... Man, that'd own all.
Of course they'd have to work on the ground batmobile controls, cause the jeeps and tanks aren't so responsive.. but man... I'd love to see that game made.
It's coming out early next year, I believe. Also, George Lucas Said Starwars won't hit any Hd-format until their is a decisive choice by consumers. So, probably after this Christmas we'll know when it's on blu-ray "ha"
