I think a neat idea Sony could do is give a month's free of PSN+ including all the benefits to every PSN account and then the people who pay for PSN+ are noted and get one extra month to their subscription for free. To me that would be enough "compensation" for the unfortunate situation.
I think in the end Sony will owe money but I don't think it will be from being sued. Moreover just the loss in production and the cost of making the PSN that much more secure so it can get back up online.
I am really excited for user content. But you can definitely tell (as they did it on purpose) that regardless of the added complexity of mobility gels, excursion tunnels, light bridges, aerial faith plates and such, that the difficulty level wasn't as high as the original Portal. I am hoping for some difficult user-generated content when the SDK comes out but I also kind of wish the devs would have made a "challenge room" type of game mode with some very difficult and perhaps lo...
A little ironic how they chose a piece of video where Kevin Butler is playing an epic SP campaign...rather then a Multiplayer. Kind of makes you realize, we lived without online gaming for years, a week is not going to kill us as you can still earn trophies and play fun single player campaigns.
Unfortunately PixelEnemy released this video on the net on April 18th via youtube. I don't think they were supposed to as DICE was trying to get 1,000,000 fans, which they got close but never quite achieved it. Either way totally excited for this game.

No worries, just wondering. I think the Co-op is fun but there needs to be more maps or user-generated maps. They need a map editor ASAP.
Why a 0 for Online? Is that just a mistake? The Co-op is tons of fun and a very large part of the reason as to why I bought the game in the first place.
Rather not spoil it. I will get there when I get there...not rushing through this game by any means. Enjoying it thoroughly.
This is only one part. This is NOT the whole game. Misleading title.
I can wait 4 more days, but thanks. I mean come on, it's already preloaded so they just have to unlock it for me.
I will just wait for the 19th...It's only a few days away.
UNITE!
Wow, where has this been? Graphics look great for an RTS/SIM and it seems like there are some choices and complexities. This is only a niche crowd but I think they will keep an eye on this for sure.
I feel like if just one option, "shoulder switch", was added that the scores would be bumped up another point. For me, that is one factor that really hurts the gameplay although the gameplay is still definitely fun.
Return my Sony products? Erm, no...I am enjoying KZ3 on my PS3 with my Sony 3D TV. Sorry...not giving it back.
I have a PS3 and it's a neat idea to purchase it for that and get the PC for free but oh well. I know what I am doing when I get home from work. And where I shouldn't be when I am at work...
These "boots" aren't new.

Check out at :10 seconds. Still a humorous video.
As far as linearity is concerned. The guys at DICE confirmed that it won't be "open world" but you will have options. Like in Fault Line Ep. 3 where the guy goes on the bridge for the heavy machine gun. Well they said instead you could go underneath and run and gun balls to the wall or go on top and get on the bridge for cover. It's not much but it at least doesn't force you to take one route.
Be that as it may, that's what separates PCs from consoles. Being able to change the hardware and add more tech allows the developers to always adapt to the latest and greatest for PC.
I just hope that if it costs money it will be worth the price. Like perhaps more SP "challenge rooms" and some more Coop puzzles all in one DLC.
