How about because of destruction there is no place to hide from grenades. Like you can't sit behind cover that can't be destroyed such as in CoD. Since around 90% of the environment is destructible that guarantees dynamically changing gameplay every round. Hiding behind a wall from a grenade doesn't make you safe.
Wow apparently gamers are never satisfied. So what if it's been 6 years the devs are still making great looking fun games for PS3/360. Wii was at it's end and showing it especially with motion being out now for PS3 and 360. Wii U I can understand the announcement but why all the predictions. Why not just wait until we hear something. Otherwise people are just giving their hopes up...
Why are people predicting about when the next-gen is coming out? We still have AAA games coming out this gen. I for one am not ready to spend another $600 on a new console...
I would give TF2 a 9/10 as the most recent review. Valve has added so many weapons that it's nearly impossible to keep entirely balanced. While the game is now F2P they make sh*t tons of money off people buying items and packs and keys for stupid crates.
Still it's a great game and tons of fun but it's not what it used to be.
Beta ends July 15th but nothing XP wise is being carried over to the final game so who cares if it gets reset. Sheesh...

True that people don't usually rate a beta but I just wanted to voice my opinion and say that it is a solid 8.5/10 already with the new features and fun factor. I am enjoying it vastly more then UC2 honestly. Can't wait for more maps, customization and more features.
@Dailynch You are forgetting one key factor. Making a multiplat game that doesn't suck on every other platform besides the main one takes time and money. Only AAA games will make a profit for the devs. Otherwise unless the game sells like crazy it takes more money to make it multiplat (more people working on different engines)
To report after it is approved click the little picture of gears within the main picture box on the bottom right. Then you can choose to report it, add alternate source, etc. It had reports but was approved by a moderator who gives it a 10/10 instant approval.

@Camargo2012 I have a degree in CS/IT and have worked on game engines such as Unreal Engine 2 and of course Hammer (Steams Map Editor). So I feel I can talk and say that BF3 looks better, has higher texture resolutions, does parralax mapping better (look it up if you dont know what that is) and doesn't overdo it with HDR or Bloom effects.
And as far as bad textures?

Maybe it's my eyes but I don't see that vast of a difference really. A little better textures here and there but that's about all I could notice. Not saying the game doesn't look good but I just don't see a huge improvement considering the difference in technology.

What do you mean? If you read closely you will see that the 50 beta codes are first come first serve. Until the PS Store updates with the UC3 beta these codes can't be used. They are all still live and waiting to be punched in.
Maybe not so much the hats but the fact that there are like 3 weapons for each weapon slot for each class that it does add such a complexity that people have the right to say that it's imbalanced. I remember TF2 back when it first came out and before any new weapons or hats or crates or paint or anything. It was fun back then but it is still fun now. It's just vastly different with all the extra complexity.
No joke. I grew up in a place that was #1 in crime rate. I was brought up to not watch the news. This bill is just stupid.
RAGE looks and sounds promising but I want to get my hands-on with an actual demo. Hopefully we will have a SP demo be released soon.
