System Shock is definitely the inspiration for Bioshock. I think a lot of console gamers missed System Shock and System Shock 2, so looking forward to the kickstarted remake to arrive.
I only just found out about Aragami and I'm so pumped! That game looks wicked.
I'll pass on the trio of FPS games, but definitely looking forward to The Last Guardian and FFXV.
NMS won't be the only game this year to suffer from over hype. That being said, you probably won't see such a massive fall from grace as was seen with NMS. Interesting read...
This is what we should have had before instead of Miitomo. I'd suggest you will see Nintendo bang out more run style games based on more of their IPs if this is a success.
Zelda inspired game with music composed by Final Fantasy's Nobuo Uematsu... Yeah, I'm in.
Well NMS has been a game changer - I've never seen reception to a game differ so dramatically from the intense hype pre launch.
Bioshock would have been an interesting addition to this list - maybe an honorable mention. The fact that you could murder young children to harvest them for Adam was controversial at the time.
Sure, the price is right and the power is right - the Pro is a decent system. The issue was the way it was marketed at the conference.
Also, Sony not wanting current users to upgrade doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I'm pretty sure they would want people to invest in the console.
So glad this one turned out so well. Absolutely pumped to play this on 3DS - the devs have done such a great job with the series.
Great list - love cyberpunk. Deus Ex is without a doubt the greatest game of the genre. I would have given a shout to Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon also.
Definitely an eclectic range of different games from different genres.
The concept has always intrigued me with Metrico. However, it sounds as though they haven't honed in enough on exactly what the core premise of the gameplay loop is.
Nintendo as the Disney of games is pretty accurate.
Cool to see this Japanese title out in the west. I'm glad more people are going to be exposed to the genre.
The concept behind this one is quite creative. Looks as though its worth picking up for a rainy day.
To be honest, I don't think the 3DS library is anything to write home about. The first party offering definitely kicks the Vita's ass, but as an all round handheld device the Vita is better.

So instead of linking the review, we're going on to gamingbolt to hear about the review.. right. How does this stuff get approved? Its 200 word article about another sites review...
Sounds like a solid entry to the series but from what I'm reading it's nothing special.
