Nah, if you read Blood, Sweat, and Pixels by Jason Schrier, you'll quickly discover that UC4 was a trainwreck under her leadership. Nobody knows quite why she was removed, and her alleged disagreements with Neil Druckman have never been clarified, but all things point toward her being removed because the project was fucked with her at the helm.
