I hope Microsoft has to reveal its exclusive deals, they accuse Sony of not allowing games on game pass, but all evidence shows they are doing the exact same things blocking games from PlayStation and Plus that they are putting on game pass.
Ok, I agree that I probably should have worded this comment better, I basically only read until this quote from the article. "I say this from the heart: please go fuck yourself."
Pretty much, last week they were using Ukraine to huckster their deal now it's fear of the big bad Tencent, I'm sure the Boogie Man and Dracula and will be next.
C'mon man, they only looked at the past 10 years to PS4 and PS5, CoD was best selling on PS3 as well, it always topped the sales charts by miles even back then.
That is incredible for 2 games in a long-running series that the highest grossing titles only sold a few hundred thousand, WW.
I recently started Ryza 2 and I sincerely think it may be the best Japanese RPG (and one of the best games) I have ever played. After Ryza 1 was a big hit, they totally went all out on Ryza 2, and it really shows.
As a long time fan of this series, I couldn't be happier to hear they are finally having...
It's not that simple for them. And it's not that companies haven't said they think it's a bad idea, but they aren't going to risk backing Sony fully because It doesn't affect them and isn't worth the risk of getting on the bad side of a 2 trillion dollar cooperation.
That's part of what make it so unfair and why these investigations are happening.
So that's how you want to end what I considered an interesting conversation. Just say I am not making any sense, just discredit everything I said like that... ok.
Let me say that I think no gamer should support this.
If this deal is canceled, everything goes on as it is, and we get to see what happens with all the studios Microsoft already has. If Microsoft gets this, we get to see if it's the beginning of the end for PlayStation.

EA's service was on Game Pass before this was announced, and I would argue that since this has been announced that more EA games than ever before seem to be arriving at PlayStation Plus and have been on sale on PlayStation Store. (I'd also like to know is EA is blocked from offering a similar deal to be on PS+)
The thing is that this may well cause less competition if this negatively effects Sony, and one of the major misrepresentations IMO has been Microsoft deval...
It would be quite the coincidence if of the thousands of game developers only 6 decided to respond and those six just happened to support the same conclusion and are basically a whose who of people aligned with one side.
And conversely, I can't see why any independent developer really have any opinion, or be more likely to support this...
Edit:
In fact, as a developer/publisher, I would really see this move as positioning Microsoft ...
To call out Sony's one statement as a lie in the sea of lies and misinformation and propaganda that has been presented by the other side seems a bit disingenuous.
My take here is that most of these studios are more or less saying "it's not going to affect us".
And then you have the fifth "developer" (I won't name) who is clearly the guy who spoke out with against Sony a year or so ago with a lot of false claims because for ...
I like a variety of games, but I do find myself having a greater appreciation for a more linear format than I did a few years ago.
Really, at the end of the day, I just want a story and characters that are interesting enough to make be want to play the game bits. The format is less important, I can sway from VN to RPG to Puzzle to Open World and anything in between if the story and characters catch me.
I dunno, PSVR 2 may be an ask, but I can't believe they haven't started offering / focusing more on PSVR 1... it's not as good sure, but it's a gateway to get people interested in VR.
