The game is sexualized, violent and gory of coarse it rated M.
The sites needs hired moderators rather than community driven moderation. I've seen terrible articles get approved simply cause they favor or bash a particular console. They are also articles that are blatantly false that get approved.
There is no console war. According to the media if a company is second or third they are failing, struggling even if they are making good profit.
MS focuses a bit too much on smash hits. They don't like to risk creating only moderate hits anymore that would yield smaller amounts of profits. They should bring back more of their older IPs, with smaller budgets and expect lower sales. .Plus if the lower budget games sells really well, they will have a high profit margin. A well managed studio should be able to make a good Mechassault, Conker, Banjo etc game without breaking the bank.
More realistically 35 guns with 10 different modifications each lol.
You contradict yourself.
Kratos is a hero ?
The build quality of the consoles is fine. Miniaturizing recent hardware would be too expensive. Also isn't the launch PS3 just as big an XB1. I don't remember people complaining about its size .
The most noticeable difference between current and last gen is lighting and particle effects. Next gen has better lighting and last gen lacks certain particle effects.
Why did the very positive reviews of Destiny show up first followed by the mixed and negative ones?
Indie games are usually always downloaded and Steam PSN and Live take about a percentage of every download. Some indies actually take a long to make due to small(sometimes one person) dev teams. Also you couldn't really charge in direct relations to the game budget. Should GTA V cost to the consumer more than other AAA games cause it had bigger budget? I do however think non AAA games and indies should cost less than AAA games.
I'm pretty sure the bundled copy is digital and therefore not tracked by NDP.
Gears has also been more intense than Uncharted and it has bigger environments. As for the games you listed never played any of them largely due to preferences with the exception of the Witcher 2 enhanced edition for 360. I personally haven't finished the Witcher 2 due to frustration,; getting back to topic I liked the games graphics but I didn't find them great looking. There were a lot of graphical glitches and texture issues.
The cost of development was high for both 360 and PS3. Architectural changes occur nearly every gen which increases the cost of coding, but once programming techniques are discovered this cost drops. If a company couldn't initially afford to develop for PS3 they simply wouldn't or they would port a game to it after making profit.
The Metacritic user review section needs to have better moderation or a set of standards that "reviewers" should follow. Many user reviews on the site are posted by trolls that never played the game they're rating.
One thing I didn't mention in the blog was that I would also like to see more episodic games (not necessarily in the same style as Telltale titles), where the gamers can pay 10-15 bucks for say 4 hrs of content. New episodes could be release d every 3 to 4 months with a physical compilation being released a year or so later. This would work well with certain genres such as old school platformers where each episode could contain new worlds, items and bosses.
Warcraft 4
Kotor 3
Conker 2
Half-life 3
Beyond Good & Evil 2 (one was planned 7th gen)
XIII sequel
Also: A good Ninja Gaiden game. Proper Banjo & Kazooie sequel (or reboot).
WHO WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!?
You been more polite and said that "these high priced GPUs are mean't mostly for graphics design and for very high end PC enthusiast".
Alot of the gamers that acquire a copy of COD are younger gamers who don't preorder. I still think COD will be the best selling game this year, due to Destiny losing steam due to its reception.
Edit: Advance Warfare will likely not get sales anywhere near MW1-3, World at War or Black Ops 1/2.
