I fear that's only your worry, because the "PS division" or how you call them have sold more consoles than the Xbox division in the last years I believe and Sony like Microsoft, doesn't sell only consoles and games, you should rather worry about the Xbox division, not profit-wise, but rather games-wise. Multiplatform games keep their ship above the waves, without them the Xbox division would be already a ship wreck of titanic proportions ...

You're right sir! The new Xbox One X doesn't look bad, quite the opposite. I think that it looks rather nice from an aesthetical and performance point, but it is just not for me. The only multiplatform game I'm really eager to play is Monster Hunter World, which I can play perfectly on my Pro. Another problem is the Xbox crowd and install base in general. I sense that the Ps4 Monster Hunter World online community will be bigger compared to that on the Pc and Xbox.

I'm not going to spend another 500 dollars for a home console which is maybe on par with the Ps4 Pro, but still not on par with a well-built Pc I can play the same games with higher resolution and probably more stable FPS on.
If Microsoft will be still in business with no real exclusive games ... probably yes, because there are really people out there who like to play those 2-3 games which are mostly shooters and racing games. There we go (only multiplats can save Xbox and Microsoft) ...

That would be too good to be true, but they had to work closely with the original minds behind it in order to achieve that. It probably won't happen, because the original makers are focused on other stuff right now. Ueda said that he would like to make a more open game like Shadow of the Colossus, but it will probably take a good amount of time until we get a glimpse of his new project. I hope that his new game will top SotC.
Maybe it will never get the recognition it really deserves in the west, but it can make a huge impact on western minds, enlarging the worldwide fanbase.

Still a downgraded Pc. People who work can afford pieces that are much more powerful for their Pc's. I can play every Xbox One game on a much more powerful machine (most of them are multiplatform, because they're clearly lacking in the exclusive department). It's still not purchase-worthy in my eyes.
